Michael. You booked our only motel room that has no kitchen. Although it has a microwave and bar fridge a sink and cutlery utensils as well as a coffee plunger and toaster. In fact this is more then you would get in a standard motel room. If you had read the room description then you would have noted this. All of our other 24 rooms we have in the motel has either a full kitchen or kitchenette with ample room and facilities.If you wanted cooking facilities then you should have said so on check in and we could have moved to you to a room. Also on each side of the the sliding doors there are 2 large windows which have a latch system you can open very wise if you had chosen to.I will look at the Air-conditioner and clean out the filter. this really is a very simple answer to questions that just were not asked. We live on site 24 hrs a day and are available to guests to ask these questions so we can make your experience a happy and comfortable stay.

Hi kateWe have irons and ironing boards available in the guest laundry to be used at anytime open 24 hrs. We also have a selection of phone charges at the office that we give to people if they ask during there stay. At no point did you ask us at reception on check in or call us on our manned phone 24 hrs a day. As we live on site we can address your concerns immediately. We do not leave mobile charges available in the rooms as they would be stolen a shame society has become that way but a reality we need to deal with as a business.

Thanks for your review. We are very family friendly with the pool trampoline and BBQ area its a great set up.

Our pool does have chlorine in it to keep it clean and safe the pool is warmer then the lake so this sometimes suits families with children.

Hi Peter, I can't understand why you say the motel was terrible when you did not stay here. I tried to call you and also emailed you. We kept the office open until 9.30pm

Hi keith thanks for the review. The day you checked in the wind was horrendous there were some leaves in the pool. but we clean at 6am everyday to ensure the pool is clean. but we cant stand there for 24 hrs getting every leaf out on a very windy day. The cover couldn't go on as other guests were still enjoying the pool.
