Pros: staff
Cons: gut the rooms an rebuild them. bathroom, carpets, wallpaper is all old and dark.
This hotel is fine. But like most of these Disney hotels they are way past their prime. It's all a bit run down and painted over. The rooms are small and dark, and most all open up to the outside...like an old motel. I don't think people mind because they are not there much. Staff is friendly and the outside pool area is great. Kids will love it.

It was nice and the staff was friendly. It was very accommodating. We enjoyed the stay. I can say it could use an upgrade but it's still it was kept in good condition for an older hotel. I would recommend a stay.

Old, worn out hotel.

Cons: Tear it down and build a new one.
Pretty disappointing overall. Very old hotel, not updated, and rooms are small. I was in the short tower and it took me 10 minutes and 30 some turns to get to my room - extremely convoluted path.

Pros: Everything is easily accessible.
Cons: The plant looks a bit run-down.
Location: The hotel is near to key activities in the Orlando area.
I had a good experience at Wyndham generally. I was not happy about paying for the themed breakfast which is useless unless one is traveling with family. In my case I was on business and was alone so I really did not think that it was fair to have me pay the same per person for breakfast as a family with kids who would have been excited about the Disney character.

The experience was not really nice. I think that, overall, the hotel is over rated: old fashioned rooms, relatively small...

Very convenient being on Disney property

Pros: Disney transportation.
Cons: Paying for business center access is unappealing to begin with but the speed (and I use the term "speed" loosely here) was extremely lacking.
Very enjoyable stay.

Pros: Lobby was impressive
Cons: The bathroom was outdated, there were two adults staying for two nights and only one small bottle of shampoo and conditioner was placed in the room.
Location: Good
2 adults for 2 nights. 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, not replaced on second day. Bathroom was old and carpet was not clean

got lost--directions to room given poorly; locked me out w/ premature check out; outside door room on first floor (yuck)
