Few minor hick ups but resolved straight away by very helpful friendly staff. Wedding on whilst we were there however still quiet in room. Tired hotel but ok would say ok to stay to a friend but better places if you can get in, depends what it's for it served the purpose for us as going to a wedding in the area. But wouldn't choose for a weekend away

We stayed for 1 night and thought the hotel was excellent and was very modern looking. We booked a double room which was very large and modern. Breakfeast was excellent and hotel was located in town centre just what we wanted close to the shops. The hotel car park was small but as we arrived early we got a space. Only problem we encountered was at check in as our booking invoice said check in was 2 o'clock but was told by young man on reception when we arrived it was 3pm and then when we did check in at 3pm the room they gave us had not been cleaned and the bed had not been made and the previous occupants drinks and food were still in the room so we went back down to reception and complained as this delayed the start of our break. They apologised for the mix up and gave us another room. But apart from check in the hotel was excellent.

Problem free, staff very helpful and nice to talk to. Breakfast ordered as room service arrived on the dot and hot. It was lovely all round. It wasn't until we were 20 miles down the M1 my partner said she didn't leave a tip in the room as we usually do and thought I was going to, I thought she was going to. I'm feeling a little guilty about that as they looked after us so well so im taking the time and leaving a nice review instead.
