5/5 Excellent
Great for family stay
"Stayed in renovated suite. Very clean and well laid out.
Parking is a bit of a problem as garage is indoor and tight fit, but manageable.
Service was excellent, with quick delivery of extra bedding and towels.
Only very minor issues, like no mirror in Bedroom for makeup. Wish there was a hot tub in pool area.
Overall, highly recommended.

"We loved our stay at Novotel in downtown Ottawa. The location was convenient close to restaurants and shopping. The parking situation was a little tricky. The garage below the hotel was under renovation, making it inaccessible. We had to park I under the Rideau centre and there wasn’t direct access to the hotel. You needed to walk through the mall or run up and down the ramp. The Albion Rooms in the hotel was nice offering small aperitifs and drinks. "
