When I checked on there web site they mentioned many facilities but I got only towels, coffee maker, soap, shampoo and lotion But not available Slippers Tv channel Water Tooth paste and brush Available EMPTY mini fridge Breakfast available only 6am to 9am And bed is not comfortable ( very old mattress) Evan they can’t provide at least 1 water bottle free I am not satisfied with that rate which I paid

The hotel overall was good but the pool area needs a little care. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room is starting to show its age but very clean and comfortable. Location was awesome close to many stores and eateries. I would stay again if I was in the area.

The breakfast was not well managed. No staff to restock and the hotel was full of little hockey players and families so things were a mess and tables were never cleaned or wiped. Food was cold

When we got into our room we found there was poop in the toilet. The hotel offered to move us to another room but we were rushed to get to a wedding so we had to stay in the room.

Nice well kept hotel, awesome beds, clean room. My only issue is the curtains don’t block out all the light, the hallway was very noisy in the morning, and I could hear every time the guests in the room above me flushed the toilet. I also thought the rate was slightly high, but what can you do, it was a nice place to spend the night.

There are not many choices for hotels in Wainwright but I stay at the Best Western whenever I came to visit family. The rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom is updated but the toilet seems small. The desk chair was missing an arm rest. The beds were comfortable. The hotel has a laundry room which came in handy. The breakfast was nothing to rave about. Yogurt, waffles and bread were probably the best to offer. The eggs, bacon and sausage I would pass on. The dining area is in need of updating. The chairs especially are showing their wear and tear. Staff was always friendly and helpful. If needing to stay in Wainwright I would definitely recommend the Best Western.
