Originally we were put in the wrong room (carpark view) with 1 bed, when we had booked ocean view and twin beds. This was very quickly corrected and we appreciate it.
The location is sensational. The view wonderful (although rained everyday, so can only imagine!).
Attention to detail was lovely and the weather report, swiss cookie deliveries etc thoroughly enjoyed.
An amazing week at the Pearl in Pacific Harbour. The staff and Fijian people are what made this trip so great. Awesome waterfalls, whitewater rafting, snorkeling, dancing, village and school visits, food, and more. Upgrades to penthouse suite plus relaxing massages--I will be going back without a doubt. Stunning country.

I LOVED the Tanoa Plaza in Suva. The staff were very helpful and polite. They couldn't do ebough for us to make sure we had a pleasant stay. We stayed two nights and we loved the room, the food was great and was easy walk to shops. Would definitley choose this hotel again. Vinaka Vakalevu to all the staff.
We were after a holiday where we could just relax and take it easy. We were certainly able to do that at the Warwick. If we had wanted, we could have been more active with snorkelling, kayaking, sports, the gym etc but we decided to just sit by the adults only pool, reading, taking the occasional dip in the pool, reading, getting something to drink, dip in the pool, reading, sleeping, ... it was totally up to us as to what we did. If traveling without children, request a room in the Suva wing which is closer to the adults only pool. The views across the resort and the water were simply lovely, especially at sunset. The service provided was great, albeit at times a little slow (but remember, when you're there, you're on Fiji time!). The choice of restaurants for dinner was wide (buffet, seafood, Italian, Japanese) and the quality fine. Take some time to visit the local 'shops' which are located just beyond the resort boundary on the beach. Well worth a visit; some of their prices are better than the resort shops, some aren't. We visited a local village and thoroughly enjoyed the time spent there and we also enjoyed the after dinner entertainment on some nights. One minor complaint: be prepared for a 2 hour journey from the airport to the resort.
We stayed at Wananavu for 6 nights in November, in an ocean view bure. It was beautiful and very relaxing! We enjoyed our time at the hammocks on the beach and also did a few trips (snorkeling, island hopping) which were amazing. Although the resort was booked out we hardly ever saw the other guests, it was very quiet.
On arrival we were greeted like regular wanted guests, we were offered all the usual services and then asked if they could do anything more.
The hotel glowed a happy environment, the pool was and hotel surrounds were amazing and the tiles floors are unforgettable.
Comfortable bed and clean rooms and a decent shower was appreciated.
