“Surpassed expectation”

This hotel was excellent value with a very friendly welcome from the reception staff. The room was huge and clean and there was a great bathroom too. Tiny negative points were slightly dated wallpaper styles and two small sachets of shampoo to clean with. Plus points - there was a big breakfast choice and it was also very tasty and the hotel was in a safe area situated about 10 mins walk from the centre and was close to everywhere you could need to go. For the relatively low cost, this hotel surpassed all our expectations and if i go back to Vilnius i will aim to stay there again.

“A good Hotel in Vilnius”

I really liked this hotel. Very helpful staff, good location, good rooms, good service and all round good. The breakfast was reasonably good too - could have been a bit more in terms of fresher fruit and nicer cereal (there was some in the local supermarket) but hey you cant have everything. i would stay there again.

“Handy but not very impressive”

The Ratonda hotel is well located just off Gedimino Prospektas, although at the opposite end from the cathedral. The room was fine but rather more simple than expected (the double bed was actually two singles pushed together). The bathroom was clean but did remind us of a dentist's surgery! The breakfast was good - lots of things to choose from and situated in a nice dining room.

“Central location with downside”

Good location, friendly staff, food good, free wi-fi but not everywhere in hotel. First rooms noisy from passing traffic and loud people throughought the night. And no AC or personal safe as advertised. Complained and changed rooms which were probably what we should have had originally - more towels, AC so we could close windows, personal safe, amd a bigger bed. If we could have had this from the start I would recommend it.
