“Above my expectations”

We stayed 3 weeks in Karolia Hotel. Located short drive(10-15min) from Vilnius downtown . Car park was free, the room we stayed was simple but comfortable, with free fridge and TV. Great cleaning service, sheets and towels were changed regularly . Staff was very good - friendly, helpful and proffesional. More than we expected.

When to go

The best time to go - May to September

Must see

Old town, downtown Vilnius, Belmondo park in Vilnius, Trakai, beautiful Nida by Baltic sea. For group of people fun place to go - beer museum in Birzai. KGB museum in Vilnius. Look for folklore festivals.

“Better than expected”

The hotel room was better than expected. I expeted that to be just a room, while there were two rooms and two beds. Great.

“Dersom det ikke er viktig å bo i sentrum så er hotellet helt ypperlig.”

Bra hotell til en rimelig pris. Ca 6 km fra sentrum. 5 min å gå til buss. Gode forbinelser på dagtid men slutter å gå relativt tidlig på kveld. Hyggelig betjening og bra renhold.

Area recommendations

Vilnius er en flott by der både gamle byen og det nye sentrum er verd et besøk.

What to pack

Ikke reis til Vilnius uten å ha en paraply lett tilgjengelig. Reiser en høst vinter vår er en god vindjakke og god og ha med.
