“Not worth the money”
Downsides: - Cold room. I stayed there in mid-November and the room got very cold at night. There were two central heaters but they tepid even at max setting. - No soundproof. Starting around 7 am you can enjoy a wide variety of sounds from the corridor: doors opening, sauna buckets banging (I stayed at the 1st floor and the sauna is in the same corridor), inevitably people talking (chance to improve your Lithuanian - they say you learn best when you're asleep!). Even the elevator - you'll be surprised how loud those are. - No soap or shampoo. For soap there's a dispenser labeled "instant hand sanitizer". Shampoo and shower gel are combined into one dispenser. Luckily I had my own shampoo and gel. On the upside the breakfast buffet is very good, but that's been my experience at most other Lithuanian hotels too. Overall, you'll likely find another hotel in the city with better value for money.
“Good choice”
Good choice if able to walk the short distance to old town. Very clean & modern with good sized rooms. Excellent breakfast.
“Vilnius best hotel for discount travelers”
The most conveniently located hotel in Vilnius . Everything was perfect!!
“It was very good. If I go back to Vilnius, I will most probably stay there”
Good hotel. clean, well kept. I needed a plug -from european to american electricity, to recharge my cell phone, and they provided one. I was impressed that the room was equipped with a computer with internet access. And the breakfast was quite good, in particular it included smoked salmon which for people with cholesterol problems is a good alternative to eggs and saussage.
“Excellent value”
This was a perfectly enjoyable hotel for our short stay in Vilnius. Although the hotel lacks a personality a bit and seems to share the building with some offices the rooms were a good size and clean, with a large double bed. We could not get the BBC on the TV but the room had free internet so this was not a problem. The hotel is a little way out from the centre - about a 10 minute walk. However the staff were very helpful and gave us directions about how to get in. Still it is close to one of the nicest Orthodox Churches in the city which one might otherwise miss. Breakfast is certainly worth a mention. A great variety of food and excellent coffee.
“Fair value”
This hotel is perfectly adequate for any travelers seeking good value. The location, while not terribly inconvenient, was a 15 minute+ walk to the Old Town. I found that going back/forth in the evenings was ok, but would have preferred the location of an Old Town hotel. However, the room, internet access, and a decent breakfast were all good value. So on balance I'd recommend the hotel for someone looking for good value and who doesn't mind the inconvenience of not being an Old Town location.
“Not Recommended”
Don't know what this hotel is like as we arrived there and were told there was a problem with our room and they were tranferring us to a sister hotel the Ratunda where we were given room 408 which is in the roof of the hotel with no view whatsoever of the city as the only window was in the roof !!!! Not Happy !!!!!!
“Excellent Hotel But...”
Centrum Uniquestay Hotel in Vilnius is an excellent hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. I highly reccommend but with 3 notes. 1) there was no shuttle to the airport they simply call a cab (expense). 2) It is about a mile walk to the old city (not a problem, just so you know). 3) the computers in the room were not working on the internet (my wife was taking an online class and one of the reason I selected this hotel was they advertise computers with internet connection in the rooms).
“bra hotell med lite tafflig restaurangpersonal”
hotellet låg lite avsides, visserligen bara 15 minuters promenad från gamla stan. Personalen i receptionen var väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam. frukosten var mycket bra likaså den middag vi åt på hotellet, men serveringspersonalen var inte så proffsig och där saknade vi lite glada miner också! Ett leende och lite socialt engagemang hade gett en poäng till! rummet var rent men lite trångt,. badrummet fint.
“CHAMBRE STANDARD MOYENNE”
Très grand Hôtel où l'on pourrait s'y perdre facilement au départ. Il se trouve à 15mn à pied du centre mais on peut utiliser les bus. Les chambres standards sont moyennes avec des lits et des oreillers un peu mous. Certes la salle de bains est grande avec baignoire mais les produits d'accueil limités à du savon et du shampoing (pas de gel douche !) Par contre : l'accueil est très correct, le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié et très bon. Possibilité de Sauna et bassin gratuits aux heures du petit déjeuner.
