“Somewhat dissapointed”

Good location.....but rooms too small, breakfast mediocre, tv at least 10 yrs old, tub tiny, fridge

“Highly Recommended”

There were 7 of us booked in to the Europa, Vilnius for my son's wedding. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and courteous. The room was clean and perfectly adequate, and there was plenty of variety for breakfast. Our room overlooked the road outside which has restaurants and bars with al-fresco tables for eating and drinking. We had read that the hotel waas noisy. It was the outside activity that could be noisy, but it did not bother us as we were happy to embrace the culture and the "buzz" of vilnius. If it got too much we simply shut the double glazed windows. We WILL be back.

Area recommendations

Vlnius Old Town is one of the most attractive towns/ctities we have been to. The atmosphere is very relaxed and there is plenty to look at and do. There are so many places to eat and drink that you are spoilt for choice.

“Good hotel in Vilnius”

Nice hotel and great location for visiting Vilnius. Just a few steps from the Gates of Dawn. The breakfast had a nice selection. Good price. I would stay here again.

“nice hotel in great location”

this hotel is in a great location in the old town right near the gates of the dawn. great breakfast buffet which was included in our rate. good comfortable hotel for the price. would recommend.

Area recommendations

I recommend the wine bar across the road called In Vino. Great garden out the back. we got there about 5pm and it was empty but it was full a few hours later so get there early.

“Good hotel with friendly staff in excellent location”

We were a group of 8 persons staying at the hotel 3 nights. We have only positive to say about the hotel. Location is excellent, staff where friendly and knowledgable. Vilnius is a great city and this hotel complements a stay. I would recommend everyone visiting to visit the KGB museum. Scary that it was a jail for dissidents all up to the 90'.

“Great Hotel (and location) in Vilnius”

I recommend this hotel. Location is nearly perfect. You are right at the start of the clean, safe, well maintained, fancy, historical, etc... area of town. There are plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants, etc...within 2-6 minutes walking. You are right next to "the gates" and at the top of the main walking street (you can walk all the way down to the castle! Convenient). Felt safe. Felt like we picked the right place. Bed was big. Room was big. Breakfast was in a cellar-like room (kind of cool old school feel). We would stay here again. PS. Not sure you need to stay in Vilnius for more that 48 hours.IMHO.
