This was my first time in Vilnius. I am very happy with the choice I made for accommodations. The staff who greeted me were super friendly and accommodating.The hotel is only two blocks from a street lined with great eating choices. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area but only a few blocks from a major shopping area and tourist attractions. If i return to Vilnius I would certainly stay at this hotel.

Really lovely hotel , so glad to have chosen this one , beautifully decorated for Christmas , the room was lovely , amazing choice of breakfast , we were sad to leave. I would recommend them and will chose this hotel next time I come back

if you have a lot of luggage this is not exactly your place - too much stairs between the lobby and elevator. Otherwise the hotel is nice, well located. the wall are thin and I almost took a part in a kids TV show next door

A wonderful place to stay in vilnius
I travel a great deal. This hotel fits all of my needs. It's very nice, the lobby is beautiful, the room is gigantic, it's quiet, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, checking in is a breeze, the breakfast is extremely good, the rooms are fine, location is within a 10 or 15 minute walk from just about everything in the old town of Vilnius. And the price is right. Everything I want in a hotel, this hotel has.

Nice stay, will be back again.
Loved our stay. Really nice classic hotel. Large rooms with great high ceilings and lots of space also had a small balcony to enjoy the sun. Breakfast is the highlight here. Good full English range as well as pastry and sliced fruits and yogurt. They also have some fresh salmon sashimi and herring which goes great with a boiled egg. Great start to the day. The staff was efficient and friendly. The location is great with a nice sushi place just next door as well.

Nice Hotel. Good size room. Clean the only complaint was the draft coming from the windows. Although doubled glassing there were big gaps and room pretty cold. Maybe it was just my room as my friends had no problems with it..

Property is in a relatively quiet neighborhood just a block or two from excellent restaurants in several directions. I would definitely stay there again

Spacious junior suite
Our junior suite was spacious and cosy. The hotel is conveniently located, the main street is about 5 minutes away. The breakfast was excellent: a wide range of meals to choose from, plenty of fruit and local cheeses.

There was no hot water in the shower, and there was no power in the charger unless the light was on. That meant that i had to sleep with the light on to charge my phone. The room size was really nice, and the staff friendly

I have had a very pleasant stay in Artis Hotel. Reception staff was very nice and kind. Breakfast is good and satisfied the needs of different preferences. Staff who works there is always here-there but very pleasant and discreet.The Hotel is walking distance from main street and old town. Nearby one also can find city bus stops for different places. Artis Hotel is in a very quiet area and sleeping is good. I have not used the other facilities. The architecture and concept inside the hotel reminded mi to my beloved Palace Hotel in Zagreb, that I love so much and so, I have my Palace in Vilnius. So, Artis is a very good choice and made my stay in Vilnius wonderful.

It gave us a room for a small cost, but with overall unfriendly staff, cold shower water, purchased garage space for the car which was full sonhad to park on the road and got parking ticket. So overall i am sorry to say i will look for another hotel next time

Not a very clean hotel, lots of marks on the toilet seat and smelled horrible in the toilet like there was some leakage from above the floor. Room was very noise could hear people talking, reception serving customers constantly because of the structure of the building . The housekeeper person came in to my room twice without my consent she just knocked once and used her master room to scan in within 1 second, the toilet door was facing the main door and she saw me in the toilet …… terrible experience
