“Good Hotel”

We like the hotel because the Metro is right in front. Supermarket is right below. Pharmacy is just across the street. Hotel rooms were clean, size is good for 2 people. However, the air condition in one of our 2 rooms wasn't working. Sometimes house keeper forget to refill shampoo, cleaneex, or toilette paper. Not all of front desk staff are nice. Some of them are helpful though. For some reasons they always forget our wake-up calls. If one of us didn't wake up in time we could've never made it to Gare Du Nord station for our London tour. One time a front desk staff was chatting with his friend on the phone with the speaker on while he was helping me.

“Comfortable convenient base for your trip to Paris”

I found the Park & Suites Elégance Villejuif easily as it is opposite its metro stop so you can't miss it. My studio room on the top (7th) floor was clean and comfortable with an inroom safe, fridge and microwave. It was also very quiet with the minimum of traffic noise.Plentiful hot water, fresh towels every day and friendly helpful staff. I didn't try thehotel breakfastsas there was a large supermarket on the corner next to the hotel that was well stocked. The neighbourhood wasn't very scenic as it was right in the suburbs but central Paris was about 10 minutes by metro. I was happy with my choice of place to stay and would stay there again!

“Good deal”

The metro stop is right in front of the hotel, which is nice and convienent. However, it takes about 30-45 minutes to get most places via the metro because is a bit out of the way. It wasn't as fancy as the pictures look, but it was clean and a fine place to sleep.

“Worst Hotel Ever - Read before booking”

Wow, the worst hotel that I've ever stayed in. The only 2 things that were good about this hotel is that it was right by a metro stop and the hotel has a grocery store on the bottom floor. But, the bad things about this place out weighs the good. First, no hot water for at least 3 days out of our 7 day stay, the location of this hotel is really far out of Paris and in a very nasty part (working girls at night), nasty rooms (not like the pictures), the hotel service was non existing (when asking for essentials I was told to come down and get it myself), the halls of the hotel resembled a crack house ...people with their doors open smoking and when placing the maid service sign on the door, this was ignored many times. By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in ... Europe and the US.

“Good value”

Good value family accommodation - good local conveniences, supermarket, pizza restaurant etc. Very spacious with plenty of room for the kids to escape and parents to relax, rather than sharing a single hotel room space. Good location, very very close to Metro and about 25 minutes into central Paris on a the very convenient Metro line 7, with Pont Neuf our favorite stop for the sights of Central Paris. Basic kitchen facilities provided enough for us to cook simple meals, keep the wine and beer cool! Overall, great hotel, will look for similar in other cities around the world. “Mito.”

Outside to the hotel there is an underground station. Staff know English. The hotel is clean and in a good condition, but there was no hot water in the bathroom. They gave us the key of another flat to take our bath there, but it was still unpleasant.

“Would definitely stay again”

Booked this fairly last minute, travelling with my husband and our 2 teenage boys. Apartment was spacious and clean - sofabed, desk, television, table and 4 chairs in the living area, with a small kitchen area off (bring your own dishwashing supplies or purchase from reception - housekeeping does not include washing your dishes for you!) We were in the adjoining double room. Plenty of storage, including a safe. Maid service daily. Free wi-fi. Surrounding area was safe and quiet with a little bit of traffic noise during the day. The supermarket just downstairs was great for provisions to make our daily picnic and for breakfast items. Breakfast was available in the basement area, but we didn't use this facility. The underground station could not have been handier. Overall, we were very happy with these apartments as they offered great value for money. While the furniture is more Ikea than The Ritz, there was nothing that we needed which wasn't provided and it was all clean and fresh.

“Great Paris Experience”

We left it a bit late when booking so were limited on our choice of accommodation at a reasonable price. We read the reviews on this hotel before booking and were very happy with our choice. This hotel is situated a little way from the main tourist areas of Paris but has a Metro station literally outside the door so was easily accessible from the city centre (approx. 15mins from the Gare du Nord on line 7, and only 1hr to Disneyland, you might have to make a couple of changes but that's all part of the fun of riding the Paris Metro!) The accommodation itself was very spacious, we travelled with our two girls (11yrs & 15yrs) and the two very spacious rooms easily slept 4 people, the small kitchen area was well equipped with a hob, micorwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, etc. there was a large bathroom/wet room, dining area, TV, lots of wardrobe space, safe for valuables, etc. The room was cleaned daily, fresh towels, etc. The staff were friendly and helpful, not too sure about their English, my husband is a French national so we tended to speak French when necessary but there were lots of Germans, Dutch, etc, in the hotel who all seemed very happy too. Right next door was a small, well stocked & competatively priced supermarket, ideal if you didn't want to eat out every night or to stock up on bottled water & other tourist essential to avoid paying Paris city prices. We would certainly go back and even think about staying longer, as this hotel makes an excellent base.

“I wish I could stay longer.”

It is a very good idea, having apartment in the hotel. I spent two day with my 4 members family, there was even a dishwasher in the kitchen.
