“Bad, bad, bad.....do not go near it!”

It is a very old hotel. Rooms are not clean. Overall smelly and unwelcoming place.

“Bad choice, Nver again”

Best Western should be more careful using their brand! Maximum two stars hotel. I booked the hotel trusting that I was going to find the Best Western standard and it was a bad surprise. The internet photos does not correspond to the reality. The hotel is old and the service is weak with several basic mistakes like finding waste (kraft bag, empty both of water and etc) from previous clients when I check in. Towels are old and more really white with spots and stains. I left one day in the morning when the maid started cleaning the room and I retrun five hours later and she had not finished yet. Bathroom exhausting did not wok and only part of ilumination was working. Funiture is old and room had a bad smell. Waiters have very limited knowledge about how to handle food and the kitchen and food preparation requires significant improvements.

“PLEASE SOFTEN YOUR BEDS.”

The hotel, service & restaurant were very nice, but the beds were very hard & caused us to be unable to move the next day because of sore backs. If the beds were softer, we could recommend this hotel.

“un best western vraiment décevant”

Des trous dans les serviettes, un siphon bouché, et toute la salle de bain aurait besoin d'etre rénovée (très vieillote). Une piscine verte, et mauvaise organisation des petits déjeuners. Point positif : à 15 minutes à pied du parc La Venta.

“hotel Villahermosa Best western maya tabasco”

Lo avevamo scelto cercando delle garanzie standard di una catena multinazionale, avendo bisogno di dormirci tranquillamente dopo un lungo viaggio. Purtroppo la camera era rumorosa perchè dava su una strada molto trafficata, il bagno aveva il lavandino che perdeva acqua e faceva una bella pozza, la doccia non scaricava l' acqua. Dulcis in fundo, la colazione continentale acquistata a parte nell' offerta è stata molto molto scarsa e di bassa qualità... Essendo stanchi morti non avevamo voglia di andare a chiedere un cambio camera. il nostro giudizio non può essere che negativo.

“Hotel Best Western Maya Tabaso - Villa hermosa - Mexico”

Un buon hotel per soggiornare o anche solo per transito. Comodo con l'aeroporto e vicino alla stazione degli autobus ADO. Camere pulite e acqua calda.
