The property was in a great location the confort was great. The only thing that needed was to update the pool. It was some outdated. .

We only stayed for one night but we really enjoyed it. Very well located. Only half a block from the main street. Loved the space in the room. Very friendly staff.

Modern style hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Close to shopping and restaurants. Room was cold when we arrived, and had some challenges getting warm water because boiler was not on. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Superb hotel, right in town with lake views.
The hotel was perfect for a family visit. It is close to town but with unbelievable views over the mountains and lake. It is clean, comfortable, spacious and incredible value for money. The greatest thing is the staff on the front desk who are ready to help with anything. We lost our passports while in Carlos Paz; the staff did everything they could to help including escorting us to the local Police Station to report the loss. They put out a radio request on local radio and our passports were returned in time for us to not have to change any plans. This is the place to stay in Carlos Paz.

Muy lindo departamento con hermosas vistas
El departamento es muy cómodo, dos habitaciones con dos baños, cocina muy bien equipada, estacionamiento cubierto cerrado y buena ubicación, con muchas opciones gastronómicas en la zona, paseos y excursiones. La pileta climatizada con turnos por la pandemia bastante organizada. Destaco el desayuno también con turnos cuidando las condiciones de higiene, sigue siendo bufet pero no autoservicio con buena calidad y variedad de alimentos
