“vom hotel caruso ist es nur wenige minuten in die Innen stadt und zum casino”

sehr schöne stadt und tolle kuur einrichtungen restaurants in der stadt leider nicht sehr gut bis auf das Amterl dort stimmt alles

“Hotel Caruso BEI Wien”

- Staubsauger für die Zimmer scheint es nicht zu geben - dafür fanden wir in der Minibar freundlicherweise belegte Brote eines Vornutzers - wie toll...... - Zustand der Duschen in Schwimmbadbereich dürften vielleicht mal erneuert werden - ein sehr übersichtliches Frühstück - es kann nicht schaden, frische Tischdecken nach der jeweiligen Nutzung eines Tisches bei den Mahlzeiten aufzuziehen

“Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder”

Im Nachhinein sind wir sehr froh gewesen, dieses sehr ruhige und saubere Hotel gebucht zu haben, in der Nähe von Wien. Es besteht eine gute Bahnverbindung nach Wien, eine Stunde und Sie sind an der Oper, direkt im Zentrum, kein Umsteigen erforderlich. Das Hotel ist in einem (fast)neuen Nebenbau und nicht in dem alten attraktiven Gebäude (Restaurant) untergebracht. Hotel liegt in einem Park, Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und gut, Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und natürlich, der Ort Baden, sehr attraktiv, alles bigobello sauber gerichtet, Stadt ist überschaubar, gepflegte Fussgängerzone und empfehlenswerter Grieche (El Greco)

“Hotel Caruso in Baden”

Due to the fact that a large conference took place in Vienna I was forced to stay in Baden. The Hotel Caruso is a nice Hotel in a very nice neighborhood. The room I had was very small and I could hear everything which was going on in the other rooms (like people talking on the phone at 4 am). Also the bed was very soft. Breakfast starts at 07:00 AM - which is later than in other hotels where breakfast is available from 6:30 AM. This would not be a big deal, but in order to get to the office on time I had to leave by 7:10 AM to get to the station on time. I ordered a taxi three times. Once they screwed up by having the taxi at the hotel at 06:10 AM instead of 07:10 AM. Therefore I had to order a new taxi. I missed my train and was late for the training I had to present. While checking out I had the impression that the owner of the hotel was helping me, but this turned out to be his first time dealing with a credit card and their hotel IT system. All in all the hotel might be OK for a situation I ended up (being outside Vienna). But I will probably not go back and stay in Vienna and pay a little bit more.
