“Delightful Experience”

The decor was really goodvisually fascinating and very comfortable. The staff all seemed really young, which was worrying for a minute- but no longer because they were all very competent, and pleasant, with a total lack of osequiousness, which was great! The resources within the room and within the hotel were very good, except that I couldn't make tea in my room. That was the only fault I found.

“First time at Pentahotel”

An enjoyable stay in this stylish, tasteful yet different hotel. The mix of modern, rustic, contempory decor really worked. There was a warmth and friendly welcome from extremely helpful reception/bar & restaurant staff which was constant throughout our stay. The room was well equipped, good selection of lighting, super bathroom (& wonderful toileteries). The room was slightly small for moving around in - probably due to the large dual beds which pushed together to create a huge kingsize. I always feel that 2 chairs in a room would be helpful rather than 1, when there are 2 people sharing a room. The food served in the hotel restaurent was excellent - evening meal and breakfast. A short 5 minute walk to the U station enabled efficient travel around the city on the underground train system. We would definitely stay in a Pentahotel again.

“Excellent hotel”

Located about a 30 min. brisk walk from the centre, this hotel is clean, comfortable and very affordable. Once you become accustomed to Vienna's extremely efficient transport system, you'll like it even more. The staff at the front desk (which unconventially) seems to be a bar are helpful, however, they may seem unprofessional to travellers accustomed to premium hotels. Another issue is the wi-fi. You have to log on everytime you use it, which is quite annoying with those long username/passwords. The surrounding area is safe (as is all of Vienna) with trendy cafes. It's near the Pilmigrasse uban. Overall, I was very satisfied, even though I booked a king bed and got two doubles.

“Coolt hotell”

Pentahotel var riktigt bra. Vi bodde i ett stort rum med sköna sängar och bra möjligheter. Vi fick dock inte det rum vi bokade och var tvungna att säga till personalen och det drar helt klart ner betyget en aning. Rummen var dessutom aningen varma, vi hade fönsterna öppna dygnet runt för att slippa värmen. Rummet var i övrigt fantastiskt fint, fint badrum med skön dusch. Loungen var också ett trevligt ställe där man kunde spela biljard, surfa, ta en öl, äta middag etc. Läget på hotellet var helt ok. Gångavstånd till i princip allt(drygt 2 km till centrum) så gillar man att gå kan man välja detta hotell. Annars finns tunnelbanan ett stenkast från hotellet. I det hela är vi nöjda och kan absolut rekommendera detta hotell.

“BELLISSIMO”

Hotel ultra moderno, bello e pulito. Hall fuori dal comune e personale gentile. Camera con letto king size e cuscini in piuma d'oca, mancanza di frigo bar e di bidet. metropolitana a 5 min dall'hotel e a solo 2 fermate dal centro città. Consigliatissimo!!!

“Excellent hotel - 25min walk from the centre of Vienna”

Well appointed rooms which could have been improved with the addition of Hotel/City Information and a coffee/tea making facilitites. Ventilation could have been better but the room did have windows which we opened. Breakfast probably about the best I have had in any hotel in the world. Good variation, fresh bread and cakes. Coffee and cake provided for guests throughout the day. The entrance area is very untraditional but colourful. The reception shares the area with the hotel bar. Comfortable bar area. Several decent bars and restaurants in the immediate area around the hotel. A good honest hotel with an excellent staff.

“Cooler Aufenthalt in Wien”

Das Pentahotel im Stadtteil Margareten hat alle Erwartungen für uns erfüllt. Ein Hotel das mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet ist. Wir wurden trotz sehr früher Anreise freundlich empfangen und es wurde uns sofort ein Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr modern (von einem Designer) ausgestattet. Es fehlte also an nichts. Ein großes Bett, LCD TV, tolles Bad und eine sehr ruhige Lage (zum Hinterhof). Auch die Internet-Terminals in der Lounge wurden uns auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Empfang ist übrigens auch eine Bar... am Abend eine sehr tolle Atmosphäre zum Verweilen. Das Hotel ist für uns ein großer Erfolg gewesen und kann nur weiterempfohlen werden!
