“Beatiful hotel.”

More than excelent.Very very nice rooms.Super open buffet brakfast.Very nice staff.I stay in Barcelona,Firenze and now in Vienna All the 3 hotels were excelent.Whereever I will travel I will look for NH hotels.

“Reasonable place to say in Vienna”

Staff was great and helpful. Room was clean and large. The decor is simple, except for the cupids on the columns at the entrance. Breakfasts had a broad selection of meats, breads cereals, yogurt, etc.. Internet was outrageously priced, but they just suggested to go around the corner to a Starbucks, which had free Wi-Fi, and that worked out just fine. The center of town is only 1 or 2 stops away on the U3.

Area recommendations
Getting lost north of Stephansdom was fun because of the narrow streets and little shops and churches. The museums are all great, but if you like Bruegel, don't miss Kunsthistorisches Museum- the range of art is like the Metropolitan in New York. You can get a ticket that also lets you into the Arms and musical instruments museum. Fun seeing all the suits of armor and the old woodwinds and pianos. A trip out to Grinzing gets you out of the city to some nice vineyards and restaurants. But Schoenborn Palace was really the highlight, particularly the maze!

“Frühstücksraum viel zu klein!”

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und eignet sich für einen Kurzurlaub! Der Frühstücksraum ist jedoch für die Bettenkapazität viel zu klein und die sich auf dem Frühstückbuffet befindliche Wurst sollte nicht unbedingt braune Ränder haben!1 Servicekraft beim Frühstück ist viel zu wenig und der Nachschub beim Buffet lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig.Wir buchten ein ruhiges Nichtraucherzimmer,bei dem jedoch jeden Morgen ab 6.20 Uhr ein externes Lüftungsgebläse vor dem Fenster zu arbeiten begann.Der einmalige Inhalt der Minibar ist bei einem 2 Tage-Aufenthalt der Rate " Weekend Extender" beinhaltet;bucht man einen Tag länger ist sie nicht im Preis enthalten!Nicht nachvollziehbar1

“N.H. Atterseehaushotel in Wenen”

Heerlijk Suitehotel, met u-bahn voor de deur. Waterkoker, magnetron en koelkast (minibar) op de kamer, waardoor je zelf koffie en thee kunt zetten en waardoor je verblijf goedkoper wordt. Bakker aan de overkant, ook kun je je eigen ontbijt en lunch verzorgen. Elke dag wordt het vuile servies op je kamer vervangen. Dit hotel staat in de langste winkelstraat van Wenen, dus legio shopmogelijkheden. Prima bedden!

Area recommendations
Mariahilferstrasze. Vanuit dit hotel stap je voor de deur in de U-bahn, die je in enkele minuten overal naar toe rijdt. De prijzen liggen in deze straat nogal wat gunstiger dan bij bijv. op de Stephansplatz of in de Kärntnerstrasze. Bovendien verblijf je hier in een 4 sterrenhotel dat voor de nodige luxe staat.

Getting there
per vliegtuig in anderhalf uur, vanaf het vliegveld rijdt er elk half uur een bus of trein naar het centrum van Wenen. Dit kun je allemaal op internet vinden. Op het vliegveld koop je een Wiener Karte, die geeft je dadelijk al reductie op de trein of bus. Met de S-bahn is het goedkoopst, enkele reis €1,80 met de bus kost het 6 euro, in beide gevallen moet je wel eerst de Wiener Karte aanschaffen, daar kun je 72 uur mee reizen op alle middelen van openbaar vervoer in de stad Wenen en die is groot!
Getting around
Wenen beschikt over een uitgebreide infrastructuur. Vanuit de U-bahn op vele stations goede aansluitingen met tram, bus of Spoorwegen. Het is daar super geregeld.
Must see
Het nieuwe Rathhaus, het Parlement, het Burgtheater, uiteraard Schönbrunn, het Historisch Museum en de National Bibliotheek op de Franz-Josefplatz. Het Albertina en de Hofburg, de vele kerken allen een bezoek waard, alsook de Universiteit. Er is nog veel meer te zien, maar dit zijn toch wel hoogtepunten.
Events and shows
Er is een groot muzikaal aanbod op klassiek gebied, maar bestel niet via de internet bureaus die rekenen minstens14 euro per persoon extra als tussenpersoon. Ga in Wenen gewoon bij de dagkassa of in de stad, bij de in Mozartkleding verkleedde studenten, de kaartjes kopen, maar vraag om een legitimatie bij de heren, dan kan je weinig gebeuren. Van tevoren kun je op internet de prijzen vinden en weet je wat het ongeveer gaat kosten!

“hotel nh vienna”

salve, hotel in ottima posizione, peccato che non hanno accennato al fatto che vi fossero lavori in corso e che la mattina iniziassero alle 08:00 am. hotel in generale carino, ma peccato che il mobilio fosse vecchio, vedi la tv,i mobili e il divano(vecchio). pulizia buona giornaliera.

consiglierei la zona del duomo di santo stefano,graber oppure questa dove alloggiavo io maria hilfer strasse.
