“Perfect location and excellent breakfast”

Location: one of the bests. You won't feel being tired after getting the most important places in Vienna. Convenient and warm welcome whatever your problem could be. Breakfast: unbeatable. You would enjoy no matter what kind of food you prefer. Worth every cents. Thank you K+K. We enjoyed our staying in Vienna. I had pleasant experiences in the Town.

Weihnachtsmarkt am Spittelberg - about 30 seconds from the Hotel. Probably better than the onein the City -Wiener Christkindlmarkt at Rathausplatz- as this could became less overcrowded and more enjoyable...

“Best Hotel to stay during the Christmas Market in Vienna”

My 3-day stay in Vienna for the Christmas markets has been wonderful due mainly to the staff at K&K Maria Theresia hotel and the location of the hotel. Christa, hotel front manager, made all the restaurant reservations for us giving us good table locations and suggested a good restaurant for the one that was not available. Thanks for being so accommodating! The front receptionist (I can't remember the name) was very receptive to our needs and allowed us to take the breakfast the day we arrived instead of the day of departure. We were to leave at 4:00 am and the restaurant is not yet open by that time. It was really great. We were cold inside our room and a portable heater was delivered to our room right away. In no time our room was nicely warmed up. There is no problem with the heater.....it was just that we are used to 75 F( degree) heat in our house. It was 10 minutes walk to the Art Museum and nearby Christmas market. 20 minutes to Rathaus, 20 minutes to shopping area, 25 to St. Stephen's Cathedral, 30 minutes to the Freyung and Am Hof Christmas Markets. Vienna has all the things one needs to have a great Christmas trip.

“Great location near the Museum Quarter”

Attentive staff both at reception an in the breakfast room (coffe cup never allowed to empty)! Ergonomical and comfortable rooms - delightful bed and warm duvet. Not much of a view if you have one of the inside rooms overlooking the quandrangle but unimportnat when you've got so many museums and galleries on the doorstep.

“Comfortable hotel in the artist's district”

Comfortable, friendly hotel in interesting location. Easy walking distance to museums, Staatsopera, Hofburg, etc. Lovely Christmas market in the next street and Craft and art shops all year. Excellent quality and choice of dishes for breakfast. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking. Some noise at night if room at front of hotel. Staff efficent and helpful.

“Great hotel, great location!”

An exceptionally clean and comfortable hotel in a great location. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Tea/coffee facilities in room. Comfy beds! Good shower and clean bathroom. Would certainly recommend for a city break. The room can get pretty warm but the windows do open! Good restaurants nearby too.

“Highly recommended Vienna hotel”

Well run, efficient, clean, comfortable, knowledgeable and friendly staff, easy walking distance to the centre, near underground and tram station, very nice breakfast until 11 am, reasonably priced, consistent ( have stayed three times over six years).

“Very Nice”

Vienna is a walking city. And the K&K Maria Theresia is walking distance to a lot without being in the middle of everything. Being on a quiet street = no street noise, which was great. The breakfast buffet was substantial, and the Nespresso machine was well loved by my traveling companion and me. The beds were very comfortable, and the floors in the bathroom were heated in the morning. A nice touch. It wasn't super luxourious, but really more than we needed since all we did was sleep there. The big problem I had was with the heating/ac n the room. It was really stuffy in the room, and the AC was turned off building wide for winter. No fan or anything. Radiator only. We had to open the window to regulate the temp, which left us a little drafty and allowed light in a little earlier than we would have preferred. Despite that issue, we were generally very pleased and I would stay there again
