“Great customer service”

We had a lovely stay in Eurostar Vienna Hotel. The receptionist on duty when we checked in was very accomodating and helpful. The bedroom was clean and with modern decor. The beds were comfy, and the room was clean. My daughter and I enjoyed swimming in the pool. Although, I never had the chance to use their fitness gym, it is nice to have that facility in the hotel. They also have a computer for guests to use near the reception area which came really handy for checking in for our flights. The breakfast was really good. I love the cappucino and sausages ( hotdogs)! The hotel is close to the tube station/tram station(about 20 mins ride to the centre). We travel quite regularly and stayed at different hotels, and we could say for sure that the customer service in this hotel is really good! It has made a big difference to our stay here. If we travel to Vienna again in the near future, we will use this hotel again.

“I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are the 1st time visitor”

Room is clean and services of the employees were excellent, very kind and patient. But the room doesn't have coffee and tea. Bathroom is too small and shower system is inconvenient. No complimentary at all in the room. No internet connection in guest room and even wifi in the lobby cannot connect. There is only one computer available for guests at the lobby, no business room. People have to wait for a long time to use the only computer. I won't recommend this hotel for businessman, but ok for fun trip. A little too far but not all inconvenient.

“Nicely running hotel close to subway, 15 min to Center”

This is a nice hotel (Chain of Spanish brand). Hotel is clean, staff was helpful. Not at the centre, but about 7 min work to Subway and it's about 10-15 min by Metro till the centre. Another option is to take tram in front of the hotel and it takes you to the centre for 10-15 min as well. Breakfast was good: eggs, bacon, sausages, variety of fruits and bakery. Rooms are clean, no exciting views from window though. Everything was OK, except I forget there a little thing which was important to me. I called back to hotel and tried to make them send it to me, but they wasn't able to find that thing in my room which was very upsetting for me. However, they even called me back to explain.

“NICE HOTEL”

My only problem is that internet was only avaialble in the reception area and I was unable to connect to the wireless internet. Fortunately there was one broad band connection that eventually I was able to use after a long time as it is always occupied.

“Eurostars Vienna Short Break”

Cheerful, check-in. Room preference granted (rarity for me through Expedia: hotels seem to ignore). Followed advice from another reviewer and asked for a room away from the traffic. Breakfast good and generous (incl. scrambled eggs and [continental] bacon). Room very modern and clean. Got a good price. Whoever said the neighbourhood isn't good gives a wrong impression: this is Vienna. Good tram connection just outside hotel. NIGGLES: no pay-TV and only ONE channel in Eng: CNN. No spyhole in door (strange as it's very modernly-furnished otherwise).

Transport: convenient for transport with a tram stop across the road and a U stop within a 5 min walk. Breakfast: good, enough choice, clean surroundings, great coffee! Rooms: good beds, pillows very thin, safety box present, ample wardrobe space. NO coffee/tea facilities.Temperature too warm in the room, we stayed in March and could not sleep because of the heat, even when the heating was switched off! even without the duvets. we did not want to keep windows open at night, because of (bad)traffic noise. Bathroom: clean, Not very generous in complementary toiletries (only shampo and in a small amount). Staff: very friendly. We would go back, but would ask for a room away from the traffic noise, so you can sleep with a window open!
