“Good location, but lacks cleaniness”

This is a good, though not great, budget hotel closely located to Westbanholf. However, the hotel is showing its age and could use some renovations. The bed was very comfortable. However, I notice they didn't change the sheets, and shampoo and bath soap were missing. Luckily I brought my own.

“Hotel "Am Brillantengrund"”

Das Hotel liegt etwa 500m entfernt von einer U-Bahn-Station in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. In der Nähe Supermarkt, Möbelmuseum und Einkaufsstraße. Das Einzelzimmer war etwas klein, aber hatte alles, was man brauchte, außer einem älteren Fernseher sah alles neu aus und war in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Zimmer sind über eine Art Balkon zu betreten, der auf einen Innenhof zeigt. Im Sommer kann man dort gewiß sehr gut beim Frühstück sitzen.

Getting around
U-Bahn Linie 6, von da aus viele Umstiegmöglichkeiten zu S-Bahn, weiteren U-Bahnen. Vom Westbahnhof (1 Station) verkehrt ein Bus zum Airport.

“hotel am Brillantengrund di Vienna”

L'hotel avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovato, pur senza perdere la sua caratteristica di edificio un po' vecchio stile (particolarmente suggestivo il cortile interno con le camere che si affacciano sui ballatoi. Tuttavia il bagno della mia camera era nuovo e ben funzionante.

“Gemütliches, charmantes Stadthotel”

zenrale, sehr ruhiges lage, in nähe der mariahilfer strasse mit anbindung an u-bahn und strassenbahn, schöner innenhof, frühstück ist okay, personal sehr aufmerksam und nett, sauber und für einen städtetrip nach wien sehr zu empfehlen, einziger kritikpunkt: sehr hellhörig

“Hotel am brillantengrund was perfekt. de ligging was zeer centraal, en zeer proper”

Ik zal zeker mijn vrienden, familie en kennissen dit hotel aanraden. de service was perfekt. kamer was zeer schoon, alles was perfekt. Ontbijt buffet was ook super. erg behulpzaam personeel. het hotel ligt zeer centraal, je bent zo bij alle bezienswaardigheden. totaal geen minpunten op dit hotel. ligging is zeer rustig. In de tuin kun je heerlijk ontbijten. ja we komen zeker nog eens terug hier.

Area recommendations
Paleis schönbrunnen, echt mooi, met het grote park erbij. Geologisch museum., zeer interessant. De kohlmarkt, zeer gezellig centrum met leuke terrassen en shoppen. De dierentuin, zeer mooi opgezet. Maria hilfer kirche, geweldig om te zien. en zoveel meer.

“Brillante ma non sempre”

Hotel in ottima posizione, a circa 700 metri della metropolitana o dalla stazione. Bel cortile interno con giardino. Manca però l'aria condizionata in molte camere e le estati a Vienna possono essere molto calde. Di notte non c'e' il servizio di reception, se non d'emergenza.

Getting there
Dall'eroporto prendere il treno normale (più economico) o quello ad alta velocità (CAT). Alla stazione di arrivo della CAT prendere la metropolitana u3 direzione ovest fino alla fermata Ziegler.
