“Great location, value and service - dont need vista”

Despite the apparent invisibility of this hotel (in a sidestreet with no view ) it is fabulously placed for all your siteseeing needs. A quick walk to the museum quarter, the state opera, the shopping district and many of the best restaurants in town. The reception was extremely helpful, multi linqual - good recommendations for restaurant. Breakfast staff helpful despite the lanquage difference - we had her laying an egg to ask if we wanted eggs,

“Convenient location”

We were within easy walking distance of 2 underground stations. We could easily walk into central Vienna. The hotel was functional, there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but a teapot of hot water was available from reception and there was a fridge in the room. a good choice for a city break in Vienna.

“WE LOVED VIENNA!”

All we can say about the "Admiral" are good things. We arrived at the hotel quite early in the morning because of our early morning flight & were allocated our room immediately. That was very much appreciated so we could go out & about straight away. The room was spotless & very large with a brand new, refurbished bathroom! The location of the hotel is great: one of the main shopping streets Mariahilferstarsse is only a minute walk away & only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel is the Ringstrasse where all the nice buildings are: the Parlament, Rathaus, Burgtheater, Opera. Basically, the centre of Vienna is a stone's throw away. If you need to use the underground then the nearest U-bahn station is Volkstheater & from there less then five minutes to the hotel. Very convenient! We wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again, it's a very good 3* hotel in the heart of Vienna!

“can't wait to go back”

the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and the location was steps away from shopping, museums, parks and underground...what more could you ask for?

“Die Lage ist sehr central, sowohl zu Fuss als auch in Metro und Bus.”

Das Hotel hat ein unfreundliches Reinigungspersonal,und nicht sehr sauber vor allem in den Badezimmern. in der Reception war es in Ordnung. Es giebt keine Rollstuhl gerechten Einrichtungen. Uns fehlte am Frühstücksmenue frisches Obst.

Area recommendations
Museumsquartier, mit dem Leopoldsmuseum etc.
Getting around
es gibt in Wien die Wochenkarte für alle Verkehrsmitteln, auch Tageskarten ,die die Beweglichkeit in dieser Stadt einfach machen.

“Stadthotel”

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist das Hotel geeignet. Sehr gute Lage (Seitenstraße der Maria-Th.-Straße). Frühstück ist ausreichend.

“Hotel Admiral”

Hotel grazioso, non di lusso ma era come ce lo aspettavamo essendo un tre stelle e visto il rapporto qualità/prezzo direi ottimo. Camera essenziale ma pulita. Internet gratis. Ottima la posizione, appena fuori dal Ring, con una comoda passeggiata di 10 minuti si raggiunge il centro, due linee metro hanno fermate a due passi dall'hotel. Il quartiere è ricco di ristoranti, pub e negozi di ogni genere. Se pensate di muovervi tanto vi consiglio la Vienna Card, si acquista direttamente in aeroporto e con 18,50 euro permette di utilizzare per 72 ore tutti i mezzi ed in più quasi tutti i musei offrono sconti se la esibite.

L'area dello Spittelberg dove si trova l'hotel è ottima sia per visitare la città che per avere tutto a portata di mano (ristoranti e negozi)

noi siamo andati a fine novembre ed era già piena di mercatini di Natale, solo troppo freddo, occorre coprirsi bene.

Su Mariahilfe centro commerciale e tanti negozi per lo shopping.

L'hotel è vicinissimo allo Spittelberg, quartiere pedonale dove ci sono trattorie tipiche. a due passi su Mariahilferstrasse bar e mac donald's

“Hotel liegt relativ nahe zur City von Wien. Stefansdom ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.”

Hotel ist im allgemeinen in Ordnung. Bad entspricht dem Standard der 80iger Jahre. Leider keine Dusche im Zimmer, so dass man die Badewanne zum Duschen benutzen muss. Da kein Duschvorhang vorhanden ist, ist das komplette Bad danach nass. Beim Frühstück darf man nicht allzu wählerisch sein, da es jeden Tag den gleichen Käse und die gleiche Wurst gibt. Im Zimmer ist eine Minibar vorhanden, die aber leider nicht gefüllt ist. Eingangsbereich des Hotels und Aufzug sind nicht besonders einladend, da hier wohl nicht jeden Tag gesaugt wird. Wenn man Hotel nur zum übernachten benötigt, durchaus in Ordnung. Günstig durch seine Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten.

“Hotel Admiral in Wien mit super Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Einkaufsstraße.”

Sehr nettes Personal und sauberes Hotel. Optimale Lage zu einem super Preis. Direkt in der Nähe zum Museumsquartier und zur Einkaufsstraße, trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Anbindung zur U-Bahn und zur Straßenbahn direkt um die Ecke. Frühstück sehr übersichtlich aber durchaus ausreichend.

“Ruhiges zentral gelegenes Hotel in einer Seitenstraße, 300m zur Hofburg”

Nettes Personal, Hotel und Zimmer sehr sauber,Teppichböden teilweise erneuerungsbedürftig, Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, hier wuden die Tische immer wieder komplett neu eingedeckt mit frischer Tischdecke ... In allen 3-Bett-Zimmern besteht das 3. Bett aus einem Klappsessel. Wir konnten in ein 2-Zimmer-Appartment wechseln. Hotel liegt hinter dem Museumsquartier in einer Einbahnstraße. Durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir auf dem Nahverkehr verzichten.
