“hotel located in quiet, safe area & is within walking distance of tourist attractions”

Hotel located in quiet, safe area & is within walking distance of tourist attractions. Hotel staff, who can speak English, are polite to tourists. Hotel reception offers free city maps & free brochures of tourist attractions. Free internet (first 30 mins only) & complimentary tea/coffee facilities in room.

“A good hotel suitable for family vacations!”

Good and well-trained service! With Germanny style, precise, delicate and simple. Superior suite is very suitable for family with children. The sofa bed is very comfortable. The room temperature is also comfortable. The room space is very large for a family with two children as compared to the tradition hotel in Europe. The breakfast is fundamental and the waitress provide quick services. They provide the environment like in the family especially in the cold winter. The location is not very far away for the underground. If I go to Vienna again, I will chooose this hotel again!

“Will stay in hotel when return to Vienna”

Hotel is in a very useful location. Good restaurant (Golden Bell) closeby. Good access to underground. Interesting local attractions. Twin and not double bed. Breakfast expensive (15 euros) and only one option. Would prefer two options one at sat 7 - 8 euros and the other 15 euros.

Golden Glocke (Bell) resaurant serves excellent local cuisine.

“Excellent Location”

I went to attend a meeting in Vienna, the Holiday Inn is very close to most of the main attractions in the city, is about 10 minutes walking distance to the subway station. But the best part of the hotel are the personne,l they make you feel like at home, 1 day before we leave the city we asked for a currier company to deliver a package to Mexico, the front desk man tryed to give us the best option to do it, he called to three or four companies, in summary he made his best effort to give us the best service. I am extremely satisfied with the treatment they gave us.

Area recommendations
The area where the Holiday Inn is located because is very close to Karlsplatz, to the main museums and the shopping area.

“a nice option in nearby downtown Vienna”

The hotel staff is very helpful and welcoming but sometimes only one person is available at front desk and many clients are desperately trying to get the attention of the overstretched employee. In any event, the hotel location is great because it is not far away from the buzz but it is primarily out of the noisy areas and close enough to a metro station and other public transport options.

Old town, Margareten, Wieden, Neubau and Schonbrunn Palace - the best!!!

“great location and great staff”

With in walking distance to everything, they recommended a wonderful authentic restaurant. both the hotel and the staff were wonderful and staff spoke perfect english which made everything easier.

ST.STEPHANE SQUARE,OPERA HOUSE., SISI MUSEUM...... easy accessibility, busy and good sightseeing / shopping area.

“Good Value”

The hotel had all amenities that I expect. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. The hotel itself is small. It does not have grand entrance but it is nice and convenient to city center & ubahn

“Exactly what we needed”

Our last night in Europe before a very long flight back to NZ with two young children. We needed to rest and relax as much as possible before the flight. We had an excellent large quiet courtyard facing room and arranged a late checkout to 2pm. The front reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Prater park is always a sure bet with the children.
