    “Ok place to stay”

    More like a 3 star hotel and a bit expensive for what you get - but is very convienient place to stay when seeing Vienna

    “Superb Location”

    The hotel is directly opposite the Vienna end of the City Airport Train terminus (currently under reconstruction) and the U3 and U4 Landstrasse station. It is a minute's walk from the no. 2 tram around the Ring and the 1A bus to the city centre. So the location could not be better. The hotel services are at the high standard expected of a high class business hotel. There is a small but useful fitness centre, and a restaurant with superb breakfasts (expensive if you don't include them in your booking package, though) and good-value dinners (again, though, drinks are very expensive, and you can't include them in the package!)

    Area recommendations
    Everything in central Vienna in worth seeing. The best value of all is Sunday's High Mass in the Augustinerkirche, which costs only what you put in the collection; it normally features a Mozart or Schubert Mass. Get there early, though.
    Getting around
    The best transport value is a Euro14 weekly ticket ("Wochenkarte"), which runs Monday-Sunday and gives free travel on all public transport in Zone 1. Tourists are unlikely to go further afield than this. You can buy it and print it off from the internet. A CAT ticket for the direct train from the airport can also be bought online. You save Euro 1 if you do so.

    A great hotel to stay in while in Vienna, close to all the main sights, and the staff made you feel very welcomed. If you choose this hotel to stay in you will not be disappointed.

    “Vienna Hilton perfect for a weekend break”

    It's hard to beat Vienna for a winter weekend break - Christmas markets added to a host of other attractions. The Hilton is virtually adjacent to the arrival station of the airport rail-link and is a 10 minute walk to the centre of old Vienna. Good food (cellar bars recommended), great beer and outstanding public transport.

    “It was an excellent choice!”

    We really enjoyed our stay in Vienna in August. Hilton was the perfect choice, the location, service, room (just make sure you book the Deluxe room with breakfast buffet) were better than we expected. The breakfast food was very good, we also had dinner once at the hotel, it was a little expensive, but very tasty. next time we are in Vienna, we will be staying at Hilton (Stadtpark).

    “Best Breakfast in Vienna !”

    The Hilton Vienna is a great hotel in a very good position for visiting all the tourist attractions of the city, by foot and underground. ( Note :The adjacent underground station entrance is under refurbishment at this time, but access is easy.) Hotel bedrooms are well furnished and very clean. Breakfast time is an adventure with the largest choice of food that I have ever experienced anywhere in the world.

    I would recommend all of the centre of Vienna with all its wonderfull buildings Museums and Palaces.and also the amusement park to the north with its ferris wheel,which gives good views of the city.
    Getting around
    Excelent underground system with 72 hour ticket available for 17 Euros. This system will get you to all parts of the city that is of interest to tourists

    “Great Hotel - Extremely Expensive Internet Charges”

    The price charged for internet service gave me the impression that Hilton Vienna is out to take advantage of its guests. This is highly unexpected from Hilton, a hotel that I use every chance I get. The price for internet usage was so outrageous that left be completely baffled. I did mention this to the front desk upon my check out. It was totally unacceptable. It made me realize that from now on , Imust call in advance and ask about the internet access charges from any Hilton that I plan to stay at, and in case they are like the Vienna outfit I will do all I can to avoid staying there. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
