We had a really good stay here. Good location. 25 minute walk into the city centre, or a metro stop immediately outside, which got us there in about 10 minutes. Also a 10 minute walk to Pratepark, which our 2 teenagers absolutely loved, and we loved that you paid to go on rides rather than a huge entrance fee. Hotel was very clean, our room was huge (we had a family suite), very clean and spacious. And to echo nearly every other review, the breakfast was brilliant. Great staff and service.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Stadthotel, and I have loved both times. They are a family run hotel, but whilst this could have a negative impact due to disorganisation, I’ve got to say the hotel is very well run, but with an added freshness caused by its ethos. I am not in Vienna very much, but if I do come back I will totally be going back there if possible.

We stayed there with our son, 8 years old. Location is very convenient. There ate plenty of restaurants near by and Billa supermarket. U1 line is 200 meters away. From airport to hitel took 35 minutes with teain. You can easily walk the city center from the hotel. The breakfast was great. Allmost all the products are organic. And the variety of food was really good. Staff at the reception desk and at the rastaurant was very helpful. Overall, we really loved the hotel. Prefer family suits at the 7th floor if you stay with your kids.

Extremely clean and pleasant hotel in an excellent location with access to the underground about 5 meters from the hotel. Staff all extremely helpful and lovely. Breakfast was excellent with all produce sourced locally. Good options for vegans too.

I stayed in this hotel for six nights in November of 2023. I recommend it for: the excellent location; proximity to transit; pleasant and helpful staff; clean, spacious, very reasonably priced, well-appointed rooms; the nice selection of reasonably priced wine, beer and water in the in-room fridge; the richly varied, very fresh, high-quality breakfast items, many of which were local sourced and/or organic; the somehow cozy-yet-spacious, well-lit breakfast room; but I mostly love it for the fact that they saved my bacon big-time when my booking was one night short of what it needed to be and they were fully booked. This was totally my fault, but they came through with a two bedroom apartment (for less than what my traveling companion and I were paying for our two rooms!) in a neighboring building, even moving my luggage there for me, with, of course, nary a thing lost, damaged (or even not-neatly folded) and put away just as one might. Imagine how such a blunder as mine could blow your last vacation day completely out of the water and send you spiraling deep down into bummerville and then imagine your hotel riding to rescue without you having to lift a finger. You would love them forever and tell anyone who would listen that it is the place to stay. Lord, I love these people for all of that and give them and their lovely hotel my unqualified and highest recommendation. Long live the Henriette Stadt Hotel, says I.

This place is convenient to the train transport with only about 5 minute walks. There are coffee shops nearby and convenient stores. The breakfast is superb, with different healthy fresh juices. The staff are very nice and polite. Highly recommend this place.

Superb hotel, with very good connection to the train stations, both over ground and the metro. The hotel, was superb, with a welcome drink when you arrived, tea, coffee, prosecco. The rooms are a very good size and you hear nothing from outside on the street. Everything you need in the rooms, including a kettle, tea ( no coffee, so bring your own if you want it), bottled water and some chocolate. Breakfast is a superb continental feast. The majority of the food is organic and locally sourced. Beautiful breads, alpine cheeses, cold meat, freshly squeezed veg shots, yogurt, cereals, nuts, seeds, fruit, pancakes, jams, 4 different homemade cakes and so much more. There is also coffee and numerous different teas ( herbal also) and hot chocolate. The staff are very pleasant and will direct you to the best restaurants, coffee shops, Christmas markets. The hotels commitment to sustainability is outstanding and should be applauded. We would absolutely come back here. Thank you Henrietta Stadthotel and everyone involved in the running of it.
