We have stayed here once before and had no hesitation in returning. Last time was as part of an organised holiday. This time we booked it ourselves to have a few days in Vienna for the Christmas markets. We visited all eight main markets, some were better than others. The one out at the Schonbrunn Palace is worth the effort to get to on the metro as the palace makes a wonderful backdrop. From the hotel you can easily walk to all the major areas of central Vienna although the metro is near as well as a tram stop

This hotel was excellent. Of all the many city breaks we have had, this hotel was the best. We will definitely be choosing Best Western again. Friendly, helpful staff, exceptionally clean, large room. Very clean bathroom. Brilliant breakfast Wow! the facilities were excellent, eg kettle and coffee /tea making facilities, hairdryer, fridge, toiletries and spare adaptors to borrow if necessary.
It was easily within walking distance of the town centre and galleries and museums and had a lot of information on day trips etc. It was very quiet despite being busy. also made use of free computer and printer facilities to check in for homeward flight.
I would defy anyone to find fault with this hotel!

Great staff - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, highly efficient . Very nice modern room, comfortable bed, good bathroom, all immaculate & clean. The breakfast is one of the best we've found in an hotel. The location is good - in a side street so very quiet, close to the D tram route (frequent trams), a short walk from the city centre and close enough to the centre for a cab back to the hotel at a sensible price.
It's a terrific little hotel, with just the right amount of style and with a boutique feel to it.

Was attending a conference in the Austria Centre so the location of the hotel was perfect either for walking or via the Underground (2 stops away). Also convenient for getting the Underground to the City Centre. Small but very smartly decorated hotel with pleasant dining area and small bar area. Staff very helpful with information etc.Room small but clean and tidy, shower only.

We took the slow train from the airport and after a 20 minute ride got off at St. Marx station on to the waiting 74a bus which took 2 minutes to the hotel. A bus ride to the city centre takes about 8 minutes and buses run every 10 minutes. The bus stop is about 20 metres from the hotel entrance. There are about 4 supermarkets within 100 metres if you choose not to eat in the hotel.
Check in was smooth and the suite we stayed on the 6th floor did not disappoint. We bumped into the hotel manager, Isabella, in the lift and she took time to advise on places to visit and best way to get there.
A well kept and clean hotel and would recommend for a visitor to Vienna.

when I entered the room there was a used whine cup, which I told them to take out off the room, beside that the room was clean and nice withe a safe and a small fridge.
Had a littel problem with opening the safe (even that I didn't forgot my code), but I guess it can hapen with some hotels.
The hotel staff was most helpful in many ways: from an early check-in to an early breakfast on checkout day. The central location enabled us to walk to many top tourist sites, museums and musical venues. A good variety of restaurants and cafés are nearby.
This hotel was a two minute walk to the subway station and therefore a direct route into the city center (5-10) minutes. There was free coffee 24 hours which was a big plus and a fairly substantial included breakfast buffet (for european standards). All in all the hotel staff was friendly but they were a little lacking in helping provide directions. There was no internet station either (not so sure about wireless).
