“Nice apartment”

I stayed one night in a studio appartment which was well equipped and clean, roomy and nicely decorated. It was in a nice location, with the Belvedere within easy walking distance, however the Innere Stadt was a little further away. Still I was able toget there within 20 min or so by public transport so that was OK. What I was not aware of is that the reception is not at the same place as the apartments and it was quite a walk from where I checked in to where my appartment was (about 12 min). This was a surprise but I only had one suitcase so it was not a big deal at all. However I was a little disapointed with the fact that the reception was closed till 14.00 on weekends, as I was not flying away till evening and wanted somewhere to leave my luggage. In fact there was no-where to leave luggage at all in the area as the nearby Wien Mitte Stationis currently under reconstruction and resembles a building site so I had to travel to Praterstern (Wien Nord) station to find the luggage lockers.Still, with the frequency with which the publictranspiort operates, this took surprisingly little time and was not as inconvenient as it at fist appeared. Overall I would recommend, especially given the lovely roomy well equipped facilities. Thanks.

“Spacious and comfortable”

Enjoyed my stay at Belvedere. The apartment was large and very comfortable. Furnishings were new and the apartment itself had atmosphere, with high ceilings and traditional style windows and shutters. Not all the apartments in the building are owned by Belvedere and so you were also in a building with local Austrians lived. This gave the apartments its own ambience. Grocery stores and takeaway shops were close buy as was a lovely bakery. Bathroom modern. Close to transist system to CAT, local trams into city and traini system. Would definetly stay again.

“Preis/Leistung in Ordnung”

Wie schon von einigen anderen Gästen angemerkt war die Temperatur im Apartment viel zu hoch. Ansonsten ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung, mein Apartment in der Fasanengasse für eine Person recht gross, es gab keinen Schimmel o.ä. unangenehmes. 2 Minuten Fussweg zur S-Bahn auch ein Plus. Für einen netten Abend/Urlaub zu zweit würde ich mich nicht hier aufhalten wollen.

“Gute Hotelalternative”

Waren 6 Personen (4 Erw., 2 Kinder); geräumige Zimmer, sauber und funktionell, ca. 20 min vom Stephansdom und in guter zentraler Nähe. können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Tipp: unbedingt rechtzeitig und schriftlich einen Parkplatz (Garage) reservieren, da Parkplatzsituation in Wien unfreundlich ist.
