“Art hotel”

Very nice hotel, great location, excellent breakfast wasnt too excited about seeing bugs/insects in the room and bathroom other great things were free internet use in the hotel lobby, and the staff was extremely helpful with directions and maps

“Tiny rooms, unique artistic space, quiet neighborhood!”

Rooms were tiny, not at all how they looked in pics, bathroom was decent. Staff was very helpful and friendly, overall clean and comfortable place. Decent breakfast and cheap drinks. A bit in distant from where all the action is!

“Nice Hotel, friendly staff”

This hotel was cool, it had a very nice ambience, and the staff was very nice - Barbara gave us lots of tips on where to go and how to get around. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Vienna.

“Ok-ish budget hotel for one or two nights”

The hotel is good for the budget traveller. The rooms are small, but clean. Furniture is very functional, but nothing outstanding. Clean bathrooms and pretty quiet. Excellent breakfast, and very helpful staff. On the negative side, the bathroom floors are *very* slippery, and so are the stairs. The hotel is rather far from the centre and not very accessible after midnight.

“Clean, convenient, great breakfest buffet”

The staff were professional and helpful. They were happy to help us with public transportation routes and even offered to store our luggage in their luggage room after we checked-out our last day so we could go sight-seeing unhampered. The room was small, but comfortable and clean. It was quiet and we enjoyed two nights of restful sleep. The breakfest buffet is wonderful with lots of variety. It saved us at least 30 euros each day on food. For this reason, the price of the stay was a great value. The location is only about 10 minutes by bus to the Oper Ring and other connections to the subway system. I would stay here again if I ever go back to Vienna!

“Pretty Good”

The hotel was small and conveniently located by bus to the main square. The service was very good and breakfast was ok too, especially for the price paid. NO AC, however a fan and the window worked just fine. Trendy place

“Liked it!”

It was easy to find by public transport, had an excellent breakfast and the room was very clean. There was a large glazed door on to a balcony, giving natural light and air. Shower room of good size, with an excellent mirror - but the hairdryer case was cracked although usable. Plenty of bright modern pictures brightened the hotel. Several restaurants in a square within a minute's walk, where there's a Bankomat.

“Gutes Mittelklassehotel in nicht so guter Umgebung, allerdings verkehrsgünstig gelegen”

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gebuchte Zimmer war allerdings sehr einfach ausgestattet. Die Kopfkissen waren leider eine Katastrophe, was nicht für erholsamen Schlaf sorgte. Für Österreich ungewöhnlich: keine Raucherzimmer. Zimmerpreis etwas zu hoch. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Ca. 12 Minuten mit Bus am Opernplatz.

“gutes Hotel für Städtereisen”

Das Art Hotel Vienna liegt sehr ruhig aber trotzdem nur ca. 20 min. von Zentrum entfernt und ist gut mit dem Bus 59A oder 14A zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und reichlich, könnte aber ein wenig abwechslungsreicher sein ( jeden Tag das gleiche ). Ich würde das Hotel jedem empfehlen !
