There was only one person at front desk and a line up with no place to stand. We waited about 20-25 minutes. I had called in advance to confirm a cot and that I had a dog, but I had not been told about the added $50 fee, which was added to the bill. I had asked about parking as well, but there wasn't any. There was no cot in the room and no space for a cot, so they said they'd change rooms. I had to park 3 blocks away in a lot that closed between 8-8. While my car was in the loading zone at the hotel awaiting check-in, someone crashed into it and I now have to pay the $300 deductible as it was a hit-and-run (and must have been someone else waiting to check in as it came from loading zone). In total, it took 2 hours to check in and as I had my dog with me, I couldn't get food from a local restaurant so hadn't eaten. We missed our reservation at the restaurant there, which was made assuming a 20-min check-in! So, no dinner either.
