“Close to town center”

Overnight Car park is pretty much mandatory for those driving as surrounding neighborhood requires continual meter feeding. That is 12 Euros. Breakfast room is somewhat cramped and people were waiting for tables at 9 am. Otherwise, very helpful reception, good location, average size room, but bathroom a bit cramped.

“Montresor Hot”

Very nice 4 star hotel in the city of Verona. The staff are very polite and helpful, The rooms are clean nice looking and very well kept. The breakfast is tasty (nothing fancy just a nice good meal). A little far from the city center for lazy people, it's about 15 minutes walk Personally i like walking. Plenty of free parking all around. For those who can afford the price (not too steep but not cheap either imho) it will be choice a well made .

“Very good new hotel”

The best stay through our trip in Italy. Both room and bathroom are new and very spacious. The breakfast is rich and tasty. Garage parking for 8 Euro only - very convenient. Internet 5 Euro for 12 hours. It was a very pleasant stay. Will definitely recommend.

“Great hotel, conveniently situated.”

The hotel is a good 30 min walk from the arena, having said that however, you do walk past Piazza Zeno which features a church and La Calmere restaurant which offers some of the best food offerred in the area. From the central train station it was less than a 15 minute taxi journey and the same in to Piazza Bra or the Arena (€10 each). The hotel itself offers a very generous breakfast and has a terrace too. We stayed for one night only and our room was ample in size. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom too was more than ample. Hairdryer was of the standard hotel kind. A great 4 star hotel at an affordable price compared to those which are more central (and probably not as good).

“Good Location for Trade Show”

Recently stayed here during attendance to a nearby trade show. Location was fine for the show. Hotel location versus city center was good too. A 15-20 minute walk got us to the city center and a wide variety of sites and restaurants. Hotel was ok. We reserved a triple room and it was tight but worked out ok. Overall the hotel was a little above average based on European standards.

“Great place to vacation”

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, 318. was large with a king size bed and large en-suite. It was kept very clean with a large window that let in lots of light. Very quiet. It took around 20 minutes to walk onto the centre of Verona. On the downsize they only offered breakfast and there are few restaurants nearby. Overall great holiday hotel.

“Staff exceptional friendly and helpful”

The staff at the Montressor Hotel Palace was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions on what to see, how to get around Verona, where to eat, etc. There was a bus stop within 50 feet of the hotel entrance and we traveled everywhere by foot or by bus until the day of our departure. We had to be at the airport by 5 am and the staff made sure we had a taxi waiting for us. I would stay there again without hesitation.

“Great Place!”

The staff was very friendly and the coffee was amazing!!!! All of the staff speaks English very well and are eager to accomodate you. Everything was clean. be advised: If you book a triple it will be two beds and then a pop up bed.

“Ein sehr angenehmes Hotel für den Besuch der Arena und die Besichtigung der Altstadt.”

Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht in der Altstadt (dann wäre der Preis auch anders), aber fast sofort davor hält ein Linienbus, der in 20 Minuten zur Arena fährt. (Ansonsten betragen die Taxikosten zur Altstadt nur ca 10 Euro). Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich, bietet alle Informationen und verkauft auch Bustickets. Die Zimmer sind groß genug, die Badezimmer absolut ok und die Handtücher weich. Unser Zimmer (zum Parkplatz) war sehr ruhig. Das Hotel bietet ein Frühstücksbüfett, aber auch eine Kaffeebar für den Gast, der nur schnell einen Snack haben will, bevor er in die Stadt fährt.
