“Would use this hotel again”
Staff were very helpful and bent over backwards to help.Room was excellent ultra clean and very comfortable.Really close to the center just round the corner and being that close you would expecta lot of noise but no relly quite. This is a hotel I would recommend a bit pricey but well worth it.
“Pleasant Surprise in Verona”
This hotel was one of the more spacious hotels we've seen that is located next to an old town area. Large rooms, clean, up-to-date bathroom, and polite, efficient service. We drove to Verona, so for an additional charge we were allowed to park in their private locked garage about 50m away from the hotel. Everything is walking distance from the hotel.
“Best Hotel In Verona”
A fantastic hotel, in the centre of Verona, easy walking distance to all the sights, service was excellent and very attentive to any requirements. A little more expensive than others as you would expect, but worth every penny due to the service but most especially teh location.
“John & Theresa Accadamia”
This Hotel is wonderful. The staff can't do enough to help. The location is fantastic. It made our stay a great holiday, wouldn't hesitate going there again.
“Lovely”
I only stayed at the hotel one night as a stop=over before flying back to New York but am very glad to have booked it. I got a great rate from Expedia. The room was small but well-appointed, updated and very clean. Staff were extremely accommodating -- i had to leave before the breakfast buffet opened, and they offered me a big bag of breakfast items to take to the airport. Fabulous location steps from the shops, Arena and other sites of beautiful Verona, but also in a quiet spot. i'd defininitely stay here for a longer trip and highly recommend.
“Lovely weekend stay”
Pulling up outside the door in a taxi after passing through narrow streets and catching glimpses of historic sights, we knew the location of the Hotel would be excellent. Just a short stroll from the famous tourist sights in either direction, the location means you can do both sides of the city and nip back to the Hotel in case of need. Like taking a nap after lunch in one of the lovely little Trattorias or restaurants around the Piazza Erba or Piazza Arena. The Hotel is classic in style, furnishings are sumptuous, marble is everywhere, the bed was nice and firm and the pillow was just right. Breakfast buffet was good though with limited warm options, but the food in Verona means you need to leave plenty of room anyway. If I was using the Hotel for business reasons I would have been disappointed by the slow, almost useless WiFi service, and the in-room film and TV sport service which did not work at all. For a leisure break in a romantic location it would be difficult to find a better place for a long weekend.
“definitely stay there again.”
this is a great hotel, in a perfect location. The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much bother. There is an excellent choice on the breakfast buffet, and they cater for dietary needs too! We very much enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for a good weekend break.
“Great location in the centre of the old town”
Only one night on a business trip but the staff were very helpful, hotel was in a great location. I had a free upgrade to a double room as the hotel was not that full. Can definitely recommend.
“Gem of a place”
Traditional style hotel with extremely high standards across the board. Friendly and helpful staff, outstanding breakfast, comfortable rooms and above all the best location possible right in the centre of the old town.
“Great location and great staff, will surely return”
Situated right on the high street, it looks small from the outside but opens into a 93 bedroom hotel. The staff were all very cordial and you get a personal escort to a nearby parking garage if you have a car. I found the parking to be a little on the expensive side but thats the price to pay if you want to have your car and sleep in the historic center of a town like Verona. All the sights are within walking disance and the hotel is comfortable and clean. Did not have a chance to sample the hotel's restaurant, but generally speaking the food served in Verona's restaurants is of very high standards.
