What was convenient was the restaurant Chili’s was within walking distance but there was also
A car wash … a very noisy car wash.
The hotel was clean but very minimal.

Room smelt like cigarette smoke, check in was ok other than being told we had to put down a deposit even though we were fully paid in advance.
Feet were black from walking on floor of hotel room. Toilet clogged after 2 uses. Mold and hair on shower/bathroom walls. Extremely limited continental breakfast(only offered cereal, bananas that were overripe/brown, apples, bread, and muffins). Also took 40 minutes to check due hotel reservation error. Overpriced all considered. Staff were nice enough though.
We ended up getting a refund from Expedia because when we arrived they told us we had no reservation. We showed them our booking on our app and our receipt but they refused to give us a room! This hotel is nasty and should not be on Expedia’s list of hotels! We had to go find another place to stay on our own. Thank you Expedia for giving the refund!
The first strike came when the desk clerk asked for $100 cash deposit because the room was prepaid. The room was tidy but not clean. The bedsheets were stained. The door had a large gap 2/3 of the way around, almost looked like it wasn’t closed, allowing all sorts of light, air, bugs, etc. to pass. Definitely not worth the price.

There was a couple screaming and fighting outside my door Saturday morning for a good 15 to 20 minutes. Front desk called the police but it took them awhile to show up.
Very dirty - we didn’t eat the breakfast when we saw the ‘dining room’. The lady on the front desk was clueless, sent us the wrong way to the room. The room itself was bog standard but not very clean: crumbs left beind etc.
Would not provide a receipt upon check out, even with a $0 balance, as evidence for on-time check out (as room was prepaid)...

Dear Guest, The hotel does not collect payment so they can't provide you with a receipt. Expedia collects payment and they should have emailed you a receipt. Sorry for any inconvenience caused but that's the standard policy.
Not bad hotel but there is a musty smell in the lobby and the rooms. Also floors need washing.

Poor Sevice. No Breakfast. No pool. No sevice after the 1st day. No clean towels. Manager told staff not to clean our room. Find another hotel

Good service but not that clean
The service at this hotel was very good, but the place isn’t that clean. I wish that service animals were required to stay in a few specific rooms so that people with allergies wouldn’t have to worry that dogs had stayed in their rooms recently. It is conveniently close to a Chili’s restaurant.
We were in room 214 Me and my fiancé booked a room. Got one on top floor beautiful view of US1 . There was a few issues. Our AC unit leaked outside the room. The ac seemed like ot might have had black mold. Our hair dryer stopped working and started smoking and the floor looked like cigarette burns were on it. But overall we enjoyed our stay

I was only there for a few minutes and left to go get a new hotel this place was disgusting floors were terrible, curtains were burned, stains all in bed and stunk to high heaven. Would not recommend to anyone.

We typically stay in non smoking rooms. It was evident that the room was not designated; not sure if the property has designated non smoking rooms. There was a strong scent of smoke masked by disinfectant.

Hello Ravindra, our rooms are all non smoking, however there those who will not follow our rules and behave in this type of behavior and smoke. We really use various means to eradicate as much as possible the odour. Please forgive us for not delivering you the room you wanted.

Loud noise and weed smokers
I asked for a quiet room that was not used too much. The clerk put me in a room next to three guys smoking weed outside on the porch next to my room. They had loud music playing and I was even afraid to go near the room.

Thank you for your review and I want to apologize for the inconvenience you encountered. We would have gladly moved you to a different area of the hotel. It is almost impossible to offer a "quiet" room in any hotel at any given time sir. As you know guests can be put anywhere in any hotel. With regards sir about the folks smoking weed, again we cannot act if office were not informed as to such activities.
Check in was fast. We were told pool was closed for maintenance, has been since covid and it was noted on website, which it is not. Room was clean, stairway and ice machines were filthy. Bed was comfy but the tub was backed up.
