We were awakened at 5:00 am from people who went out for a smoke. They stood by our window and talked rather loudly for that time of the morning. Also when I came out the doors there were a number of cigarette butts on the concrete where they had been smoking. A little later I saw the hotel employee sweeping up the mess.
We enjoyed our stay.... beds comfortable.... nice extra pillows.... good location.... only two things to mention: 1. A/C blows right on the bed..... couldn't figure out how to move the levers so that would not happen..... and we asked the cleaning lady to put all regular coffee in the room, and she put all decaf instead.... ...
But we would stay again for sure!!! :)
Hotel seemed clean, bathroom, toilet and shower were clean. Felt like the pool needed to be cleaned, nothing major but it looked like there was a little bit of scum - maybe from other people's sunscreen- floating on the surface. Overall I would stay here again
all was great till the very end when they charged us extra for our child of 16yrs old.
We purchased with Expedia and there was no mention of extra costs but Expedia is reimbursing us so that was very good as it was very expensive.....so double check if your booking more than 2 people!!

We stayed one night on our way back from Banff. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The restaurant on the patio is conveniently located with nice staff but pricy and poor food. You can find better food in restaurants outside for better price.
It was a bad surprise that breakfast was not included as we stayed on another Best Western 3 days before with breakfast included.
Nice young lady met us as we pulled in. we were on a motorcycle so it was very nice to have a room on the first floor. Nice beds, large rooms. Pool could be heated and I had to take the cover off of the hot tub to use it. I also put it back on. A/C was too loud to sleep so we unplugged it and slept on top of the covers. Breakfast was good. We just wanted some thing light to make a quick start in the morning.
