“Fine and central”
The hotel is fine - private parking, friendly staff. Nice large rooms. Be aware that there is no kitchen available for serving other than breakfast. There is a independent tourist guide working from the lobby - also very friendly service from there.
“Very comfortable stay Veracruz historic district”
Comfortable hotel, very helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast was very good with several options. Room on the second floor very spatious and comfortable. The hotel is a stonethrow from the Zocalo or main square the crafs market and the tourist port as well as landmarks and cultural institutions such as the Naval Museum.

“Nice hotel in the center of town”
Second time staying at this hotel. The staff are attentive, the location is great if you want to be near the main square (Zocala).....plenty of bars, restaurants and nightlife close by. Nice courtyard with small pool. The hotel is a converted convent which makes it's quite unique.....the bedrooms are large with very high ceilings; thick walls which keeps the noise out!
“Nice Cheap and Good Location”
It is not such a big fancy hotel, but it is quite fine and located in a good place downtown near a lot of attractions, another benefit was that on the rate hotel was already included the breakfast buffet, which is more than a continental breakfast, To be honest this is not a new hotel but it has being kept in good shape. I will be please to stay again here during my future visit.
“Nice Historic Hotel”
Nice hotel. No complaints except the bathroom was a little on the small side. The room was huge and opened to the courtyard. There is a nice(small) pool and seating area by the pool. Staff are nice and helpful.
“Stilvolles Hotel im Zentrum von Veracruz”
Das Hotel ist ein ehemaliges Kloster und stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer gehen direkt vom ehemaligen Kreuzgang ab, in dem ein kleiner Pool mit Liegen eingerichtet wurde. Das Hotel hat ein sehr schöne Atmosphäre und es ist angenehm ruhig. Trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Zócalo, dem quirligen Zentrum der Stadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück abwechlungsreich und vielseitig.
