“Good and Solid”

I have stayed at this hotel twice; once business and once pleasure. The staff has been courteous, one time a little abrupt but that person no longer appears to be there, but always helpful. The rooms in which I stayed have been clean and well-maintained. The fitness room--as one other person noted--is simply a joke. However, the rest of the facility is very good and I will stay there again.

“Very clean and great service”

We went to Oxnard for Cowboys training camp and stayed at the Sheraton. The service was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was EXCEPTIONALLY clean, and clean smelling. We had good room service and the best Sunday brunch I have been to in a long time. As we were traveling with a 2 and 8 yr olds, we were pleased with the pool and in the inroom video games and movies.

We spent the weekend in Ventura for a soccer tournament and couldn't be more pleased with our stay at the Four Points Sheraton. Friendly staff, clean-comfortable rooms, nice pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, etc. I will definitely stay there next time we're in the area.

My wife and I went down to Cali for a long weekend. Was supposed to be business/vacation but the business part was cancelled so it turned out to be a short vacation. We liked the location of the hotel, very close to the freeway but far enough away from the main part of town. The room was very nice and the hotel as well. Staff was real friendly. We didn't stay around the hotel too much but it was very much to our liking and we would stay there again.

Was at the hotel this past 4th of July. Friendly and kind staff, very clean and well mantained rooms, excellent service, Helpful and courteous housekeeping, Great location close to beach and harbor, quiet area. Stayed for 5 nights, no train noise, great view of harbor. would recommend to anyone.

“Surprize Gem”

My 10-year-old daughter and I were looking for someplace nicer than average for a "Mommy&Me" Getaway from Los Angeles up to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Everything in Santa Barbara was way above our budget, so we looked for a hotel in Ventura. The Four Points by Sheraton Ventura was just what we needed. After a long day at the zoo, we arrived at the Four Points and found it in a lovely, quiet location near the Ventura harbor and nowhere near a freeway or train track. Our room was large and looked newly redecorated. The pool and jacuzzi were well designed, clean and had plenty of clean towels available. I highly recommend this hotel as a stop for anyone heading along the California coast.

Even though the weather was horrible it didn't matter. However it would have been better if the games were a little cheaper on the t.v.
