We had a wonderful holiday. We stayed for 7 days in a super deluxe room which came with a patio overlooking the sea. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. As with other reviews the only drawback is the stairs and lack of parking.

Brilliant stay at this hotel. Quiet and away from the main drag and seafront of Shanklin but within 15 minutes walk from the Old Village.
The ground floor twin room I booked had ample room for two people and a modern shower room. The beds had a foam mattress which for myself and my travel partner was comfortable, but may not be to everybody's satisfaction so be aware of this.
Breakfast was very good with popular options of full English, poached/scrambled eggs on toast and kippers (which were delightful).
Welcoming and attentive staff. Could not fault them.

Wonderful hotel Warm and inviting hosts. Both Jenni and Andrea went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately most of the attractions on the island were closed as it was out of season. Would definitely like to return after Easter.
Although the rooms and communal areas appear a little tired and dated, for the price you pay this hotel is excellent value. The staff are superb, going out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
This is a very comfortable and clean 2 star hotel with lovely gardens and a good location. Perfect as a base for exploring Shanklin and the wider area.
