Amazing hotel! From the rooms to all the staff were friendly! Always greeting and helpful. Location is 10/10 as well just minutes walk to St.Mark square. Highly recommend staying here.

The st. Regis was phenomenal. I reached out to them to coordinate a birthday during our stay and they were very responsive, accommodating, and made great recommendations. They organized everything for us and took care of us prior and during our stay. They were gracious enough to upgrade us to a presidential suite just bc it was a birthday and they welcomed us to the hotel unlike any hotel I have ever stayed at. Best service, best food and best rooms. Highly highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back. The staff were all amazing, welcoming, informed and every person greets you by name. Phenomenal!

Amazing property great location
Definitely one of the best experience in a hotel that I have endured in my last 15 years. We spent New Year’s Eve in the deck. Staff was super courteous. The music was amazing and the view of the fireworks were spectacular. Definitely I would try to repeat this hotel at any ocassion that I visit Venice. The rooms were spacious and super clean. The staff was super amicable from the arrival until the departure. The staff made you feel at home welcome and tending to all our needs. Once suggestion is that you include the breakfast with your stay, the buffet was amazing. Second suggestion is great martinis at Gios with a spectacular view. Safe travels.

This property is hands down the best in Venice, location/staff/rooms/restaurant/amenities. I was thoroughly impressed by this St. Regis. I would come back 100 times over and never be over it. You want world class luxury in Venice, look no further. I cannot say enough. Love this place.

Was so very disappointed in the staff and lack of help received. We arrived on Friday morning and unfortunately my luggage did not. While at airport I filled out the necessary paperwork and when I checked into hotel they took the information and assured me they would help resolve the problem. Everyday I checked with the staff and they kept telling me it would arrive soon. When checking out Sunday morning they told me take my luggage was at airport but that they would send on to me. I asked if I could go pick it up at the airport because we were driving to our next destination in Portofino. They said no they would get to me but that I had to pay $850.00. This is ridiculous because it wasn’t my fault and shouldn’t the airport be responsible for delivering to me. They said no that was my responsibility. I am now in Portofino still waiting for my luggage

Unable to travel to Venice from US due to COVID 19 and they refused to provide a refund or credit for another time because it was a non-cancellable reservation. I would think that such a reputable company would have understood that this pandemic was outside of our control and made some concessions. I would have loved to visit next year when I can actually visit Venice, now I will never recommend this hotel affiliation again. Apparently not concerned with their image and customer service.

This is the guest quality hotel in Venice. It was completed repositioned from the old Europa, an old grand palace in need of a face lift but the did a total renovation which turned out to be excellent!

Superb
There are 5 stars hotels and then there is the St. Regis, which is far superior to most of its peers. We were here during the floods and the lobby was flooded a foot deep of water 2 of the days we were there. Despite the flooding, the hotel and staff were at the top of their game. The butlers and the other staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Also, the location is excellent; only a 5 minute walk from Piazza San Marco yet the hotel is secluded in a quiet corner away from the crowds.

Great location, minutes from excellent shopping and San Marco Square. Nicely decorated hotel with friendly staff. Only negative was that our room was completely surrounded by other parts of the hotel building so every window we had looked out onto a wall...!

Recently opened, the St. Regis is an excellent choice in Venice. Very well located, close to everything and with it’s own pier, which is very convenient in Venice.
