It's a comfortable, quiet, clean and convenient spot away from the crowds of Venice. A short walk to vaporetto and train. Friendly, helpful and efficient hosts. A great choice for a stay in Venice.

A beautiful inn in the heart of the Jewish Quarter. The room was lovely, the concierge (Anna) was kind and helpful, and the breakfast (with pastries from the nearby kosher bakery) was delicious! A lovely place to stay.

The hotel was located in the old Jewish ghetto. This part of Venice is quieter than most but still within easy walking distance to everything. Nice.

Very satisfied.
First of all the owners of the property were amazing, and hospitable . The property was newly renovated and well maintained. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Will strongly recommend this property.

Emiliano and his wife were very helpful, made us feel as part of the family. Definitely recommend his property. Breakfast was amazing; fresh fruit, coffee, baked goods and juices.

Amazing hotel and nicest staff
We cannot say enough about this hotel. The hotel was lovely. Situated in the Jewish ghetto, it is located in a fascinating historic district and is nicely off the beaten tourist path, but still near all of the major attractions. Anna and Emiliano are exceedingly kind, helpful, and accommodating. If we return to Venice, we absolutely will stay here (or recommend it to any family or friends). 10/10.

The rooms are big and clean. Location is quiet and near touristic places and where locals hang out. Fabio was awesome and helping us with everything we needed.

Fabio greeted us upon arrival and showed us the ins and outs of the room. The room and in-suite bathroom was a nice size and was kept clean. The breakfast was a nice touch, and Fabio made sure we had a breakfast to go so we could catch our early flight.

Gem in the Ghetto
Perfect position, central to everything! The place is a little tired and needs a lick of paint and tlc but the staff are wonderful and keen to make the stay a memorable one! I would stay there again!

This small hotel is good. The staff is nice and it is clean. We stay there for one night. We like it. It is also well located to major attractions, and there are many restaurants nearby.

This area is unique in Venice: uncrowded, pleasant and quiet. The major drawback of this place is the breakfast which consist of mediocre juice, a croissant, cornflakes and coffee. We had the largest room in the place and it was fine, but others were not so lucky. On the other hand there was an excellent restaurant next door, the locals were very pleasant and we enjoyed the community atmosphere including a celebration with singing and dancing. All this made up for any defects of the hotel!

Not bad location, dirty/outdated room.
The breakfast was very basic and not enjoyable. It included very stale bread rolls and croissants with Jams and a box of cereal. The rooms are old and outdated and very dark. It just felt dirty and the air seemed dusty,. The beds weren't so comfortable, but ok, We found some hairs in our bed. There were some tiles missing in our shower. Overall, we wouldn't stay again.

Unfortunately the guest who wrote the review is anonymous and we just know he stayed in our Hotel in June. We're just wondering why he waited more than one month for writing this bed review and we think he probably confused the Hotel. In fact the cleaning is one of our best quality and the guest usualy find our rooms nice and clean and the beds comfortable. Our Continental Breakfast include Kosher bred and croissants, toasts, fruits jam and honey, fruits, orange juice and hot drinks (coffee, tea, milk, chocolate, etc).

It was a very convenient place to stay. It was clean, quiet, so the rooms were sufficient. There was an elevator, altho' somewhat slow. We stayed there twice-a week apart. The air-conditioning was sufficient. The desk clerks were as helpful as they could be. We found out from other sources that we could arrange porters to assist us with luggage either to the train station, cruise, or water-bus. The room with the bath was lovely, but the room with the shower was unusual as the shower door left a gap so the floor got quite wet. The toilet seats were wiggly. The lights in the hallway was on Friday night (not on automatic), but unfortunately, they were on automatic on saturday - our sabbath - when we are NOT supposed to put lights on. We left our keys at the desk, but on one occasion the desk clerk was not there so we retrieved our own key.

During Shabbat the authomatic lights are always off, as we use only fixed lights. If once you didn't find the concierge at the Reception desk, probably he was at the toilet or maybe in a guest room, so you just had to wait a couple of minutes otherwise you could ring the bell. We raelly don't understand why the Jewsh guests don't fill safe on leaving the room key at the Reception. Probably they think we are all thief! Unfortunately there is only one person working at the Reception and we are humans! The door of the shower is almost new,as we cahnged it few month ago, and so far we never had problems with it.

Great location away from tourists
This hotel is away from big tourist areas which is great because it's quieter, things are cheaper, and there are less people. It's a 12 min walk to the train station and about 15 from where the airport bus drops off so no need to take an expensive water taxi. This hotel is open 24hrs and you leave your key at the front desk so you don't need to worry about losing your key. Breakfast is included which includes a basket of bread and croissants, jams and butter, cereal, juice, and coffee. Our room had a balcony which was a really nice surprise! Big bathtub in the bathroom. Large bed, a bit too soft and bouncy of a bed for my preference, but it was clean and organized. Overall the condition was a bit shabby, some stains on the wall and overall wear on the building and room was visible. The wifi was also on the slow side.

Happy with the general location of the hotel. Value for money, Get what you pay for. Breakfast was basic but adequate for us. Only down fall was after dragging our luggage from station to hotel in 35 degree heat, the reception was too busy to attend to us as he was having cigarette in the square outside
