“Great little hotel in Venice”

Booked hotel just 8 weeks before departure and got the last standard room available. To our delight and amazement we were upgraded to the best room in the hotel (Room 104) on our arrival. Cannot praise hotel and staff highly enough which helped to make our stay very enjoyable.

This hotel was absolutely brilliant, from the room to the breakfast, to the friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannnot wait to go back.

“Lovely hotel and very reasonable”

Lovely hotel. The decor is old wood and stone, very classic and beatifully maintained. We had a room for a family of four, the couch was converted onto two beds for the children and the room still felt spacious. We had a lovely view over the tiny canal which runs in front of the hotel. Nice breakfast, friendly service, lovely atmosphere and only a few minutes from St Mark's Square. The only tiny niggle was there were only four hangers in the wardrobe. The restaurant next door is nice too, and much bigger than it looks from the outside ! Would certainly stay here again.

“Fabulous !”

This hotel is so convenient to everything.It is so close to St Marks Square just 5 mins walk. It has been recently renovated and is tastefully furnished. It is so quiet with double glazing and has wonderful comfy beds. The breakfast is delicious. We had a great time with our two children and would definatley return. The only thing is that it a bit tricky to find as the entrance is along a minor side canal.

The hotel was perfectly nice for a small hotel. The location was ideal and it was very quiet. The bathroom was immaculate and modern. The front desk staff spoke English and were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Overall, excellent hotel for the price and I would definitely return.

We were very impressed with the Hotel, Staff and also location, wow did not expected that! Would go back anytime... We stayed for two night's with our two kid's.

“Amazing Stay”

This was a great hotel. Great location, lovely room, free upgrade, awesome roof lounge and honor bar set up, great breakfast. I cant say anything but great things. So happy we chose this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful and gave us great recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

Great little hotel and very helpful staff, has only been open for about four months but was top rate for everything you look for in hotel. If ever I go back to Venice this is the hoptel I'll be staying in.
