Shory break

Posted 21-Jul-2014
The hilton in Venice was a lovely base for our holiday. The shuttle was very handy for getting across to the main island. The additional cost for things in the hotel were a bit ott and the pool wasnt that clean, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

The best hotel in Venice, probably

Posted 20-Jul-2014
Pros: EVERYTHING! But bar on roof with wonderful views was out of this world! Great service, hotel facilities so clean, so nice, so beautiful!
Cons: everything is like taken from a dream!
Location: Best location in Venice. Walk around the island, beautiful and not crowded at all like San Marcos plaza
Great great great and beautiful all around! Great location in Giudeca island, better than anywhere else in Venice. If you can stay here do it!!!!

Family vacation

Posted 16-Jul-2014
Pros: The Executive lounge provided food and beverage throughout the day. Free shuttle across the canal made transportation easy.
Cons: Wi-Fi in the rooms not just the public area.
We found the Hilton Molino Stucky to be the perfect base for our Venice vacation. The facility was outstanding and the free shuttle across the canal ran twice an hour so we were able to come and go as we pleased. Large, well appointed rooms and excellent service. We recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel

Posted 16-Jul-2014
Probably one of the few in Venice built to modern standards as they renovated a large flower mill factory building in recent years. Still has plenty of charm. Far nicer than the Gabrielli which is better located than the Hilton. The Hilton's free water bus helps make up for that. I'd rather stay at the Hilton.

Nice hotel bit not great for honeymooning couples

Posted 13-Jul-2014
We were on honeymoon and had a great time but unfortunatly the maids tend not to take notice of the do not disturb sign, we were constantly being disturbed from as early as 8am to make up our room. Normally we would not mind however as a newly wed couple we wanted our privacy and e felt it wasn't given even when e requested it.

Careful with housekeepers or Cleaning ladies!

Posted 12-Jul-2014
Forgot something in my room and housekeepers never reported it to lost and found. Staff never inquired further and gave me no answer. Be careful leaving stuff behind, you will never see it again.

It has to be your Number 1 choice for Venice!

Posted 10-Jul-2014
Pros: There was nothing not to like about this hotel.
Quality hotel that I can't speak highly enough of our experience from start to finish. Early check in, quality room, location, service, facilities and friendly staff. They even had a complimentary boat to/from St Marks Square with an app (downloadable from the hotel website) for live timetable information.

Good access to Venice

Posted 05-Jul-2014
Pros: Location, rooms,rooftop swimming pool.
Cons: Price drinks
Location: Go across the water as there are some good restaurants and bars.
Great hotel. Got upgraded to executive room which made it good value for money. As with most of Venice drinks etc expensive.
