Stayed here for two nights for a wedding this past weekend with my partner & we had a comfortable stay. We had issues with the key cards (for some reason the second key card wouldn’t give us access to our room & had to go to the front desk twice to have this fixed) & the clothes iron in our room was faulty but every other aspect of our stay was great. All staff we spoke to were friendly, respectful & helpful.

Breakfast in the morning. Continental plus $8. For eggs. The problem was that the chef was not there, no eggs! Dinner in the evening, for an Italian restaurant, poor pasta, and sauces, plus did not receive the correct utensils.

Arrived an hour after check in began. Room wasn't ready. Had to listen to the manager screaming about chocolate to her staff through the five rounds of "just a moment, sir" from the man checking me in. Got to the room. Some man's underwear was still in it, which we coincidentally noticed after the TV autoplayed a video outlining how they've stepped up their cleaning procedures. The server at the bar downstairs treated us like an inconvenience. $50 for four bottles of domestic beer. The sunset over the Walmart and highway view was nice.

A staff working there clearly stole our cologne. It was branded. It was on the table before we left the room; we requested someone to clean it. We saw several people working besides our room; including a man and a women. We went to the front desk the next morning and told them about our situation. They were extremely unprofessional. They blamed us. When we asked to see the staff; only the women came. They told us the men is not working. They told us it’s our fault. Never going to this cheapass hotel again! Please be careful with your stuff. Worst experience ever.

This is an older property but it is well kept. The staff are helpful and courteous. The restaurant attached to the hotel is great! One f the best meals we have had in a restaurant!!!

The Serive upon arrival was quick and easy. The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was a bonus. My only complaint would be breakfast, it says a free continental breakfast is included, yet we needed to pay for breakfast although there was toast and muffins available, there were no real protein options. Overall, it was a good experience.

We always stay at the Monte Carlo Inn for my medical appointments as the hotel itself it within 1/2 hour of my appointment. The price is right considering what you are given for a travel grant it still doesn’t cover all costs but it’s by far better than staying in actual Toronto which would take your entire grant in one night! It’s quiet, I get the rest necessary for my appointment day and the rooms are always being refurbished or updated so that’s nice. Definitely recommender for travels on a budget and want access to the GTA.

Thin walls. 1 basic lock on doors- didn’t know this was even a thing, but just the standard deadbolt directly above the handle. We paid around $330 for a Monday & Tuesday night. Overall it was clean. Washroom was a bit tight. But all in all, biggest problem were the oddly thin walls, lots of noise at night.

I had informed Expedia in advance about my late check-in, which the hotel had confirmed. However, upon arrival, the hotel cancelled my reservation and provided me with a room that I didn't reserve. The room had one bed and a sofa bed, while I had reserved a room with two beds. To make things worse, the sheets were dirty and had hair all over them. I had to inform the front desk, and they changed the sheets. On the third day of my stay, I checked out early at 8 am, leaving my brother in the room to gather his belongings. I explained to the front desk staff that my brother would be joining me shortly and that I needed to catch a flight. However, the staff refused to check me out and refund my $300 deposit until my brother had left the room. This was despite the fact that we still had until 11 am to check out, and we were leaving early to catch our flight. When I asked to speak to the hotel manager, they were of no help, and the front desk staff started raising their voice at me. I was shocked and appalled at their unprofessional behavior, and I had to remind them that it was not okay to raise their voice at a woman. Overall, my experience at this hotel was terrible, and I would rate it one star. They were extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I liked the hotel, i choose this hotel for a few reason but most of all "breakfast included". i've been traveling around America, and if i choose A hotel with breakfast included, should be at least more than just cereal and coffee i dont even eat cereal. pancakes eggs toast avocado or something more complete and simple would be ok. in that case i would have just picked an airbnb or a place. cheaper. but anyway all good.
