“No receptionist after 6pm, the pnone number is not correct”

Just beware that there is no staff working in the whole building after 6pm. So if you check in after 6pm you have to let them know. We spent a couple of days in Paris before going to Avignon and wanted to call this hotel to let them know our late arrival. Unfortunately the information they sent to me by email is not correct. The telephone number is not existing!!! I can't believe this! When we arrived at this hotel obviously no body there. This is a very very misable memory to us!

“Hotel deserves higher rating”

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and were satisfied with provided service, quality of the rooms. You need a car to stay there. It was 15 min of drive to Avignon downtown. Carrefour (equivalent of Wal-Mart superstore) is 3-5 min of drive to buy groceries, etc. Really well performing free Internet, enough for Skype, youtube, uploading pictures, etc. It requires Ethernet port on the laptop though (not wireless).

Traveller's tip
Don't forget to call if you're late for check-in time (6 pm in the weekend). They will leave an envelope for you with the keys, etc.

“water dripping from the ceiling and they did nothing....”

we checked in at 7pm, there was water dripping from the ceiling, and their solution...."come back at 7AM..." COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

“Nice Hotel”

It's close to Avignon TGV station, just 5 min walk. You can catch a bus to City Center easily. It's good place to stay for the value of money.

“Good choice for family travel”

I had a spacious room with a kitchen. New and clean. About 10-15 minutes walk to one of the two train stations in Avignon. But the service is so-so.

“Clean, comfortable, modern”

After a friendly welcome at reception, I made my way to a bright, spacious, well-equipped room. Nice and quiet. The location is perfect for the TGV station, but it is also quite good for the town centre because there is a regular bus service which is inexpensive and gets you to the centre in about 10 minutes. You would need to use this bus for shopping because there are no shops within easy walking distance of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this place but with one warning: on the day you arrive to check in, you must be there by 18:00 at weekends (by 21:00 on working weekdays).

“bon, mais peut être mieux”

Bien que très près de la gare; très mal indiqué. Personne à l'accueil après 19h00. Douche non cloisonnée dans la salle de bain et fixé à 1,50m. Pas de produits d'entretien, ni d'éponge dans la cuisine.Donc, un peu compliqué pour bien nettoyer la cuisine afin d'éviter les frais de 25 euros de nettoyage appliqué si la cuisine n'est pas propre à son départ.
