“Comfy Hotel”
Good facilities. Lovely swimming pools (well maintained) although indoor one rather dark. Friendly,helpful and courteous staff. Breakfasts excellent - good variety. Pool snacks very good too, especially the ice-creams! Aromeotherapy pleasant but not impressed with chocolate oils. Much better to have rose, teatree, and/or lavender oils. No 'aftercare' mentioned which is always the case with aromeotherapy sessions in Britain. Definitely would return especially if the bedroom carpets (rather stained) were replaced. Room card keys did not always work! Bedside lamps could have been brighter as not good for reading. All in all 8/10.

“Romance Impressed Me.”
A modern, only four years old, very well maintained and clean hotel. Bedrooms well fitted out and of good size with small balconys. Rooms with pool view would appear to be preferable to those designated 'park view' as they face a partly built Hotel/Apartments and one under construction. Breakfasts although monotonous offer quite a good choice for a Continental breakfast although the fruit selection was very poor. A good sized oudoor pool is complemented by an inside pool. Although Spa facilities are advertised as included it was disappointing that the use of the sauna or steam room was charged for. Treatments in the Spa centre are very reasonably priced and were recommended by my wife. The staff were generally helpful in spite of a very rare language difficulty and once they were persuaded to smile became quite friendly. The Hotel is positioned about a five minute walk from the nearest beach and even nearer to shops. The bus stop for Varna is just outside the Hotel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for a quiet comfortable stay (out of main season as we went mid September) near to shops and restaurants.
“Romance Hotel”
The hotel is nice. The room was good. The carpeting was a bit worn, but overall the hotel is up to 4 star standards. The hotel is about 200 yards from the beach. The hotels on the beach in this area are all inclusive and I prefer meals outside of the hotel for the most part, so it was more my style. The resort area was mainly filled with Russians, so it is nice to be around the beautiful people. Overall I had a vey enjoyable 4 night stay. If you are American you must take into account you are vacationing in Bulgaria.

Ottimo Hotel. Posizione perfetta vicino a spiaggia, taxy e bus. mercatini a 50 metri. Se usassero meglio l'aria condizionata sarebbe perfetto. La piscina interna molto carina ma non hanno acqua calda termale.
“für den günstigen preis, völlig super”
Es war sauber und das Essen für bulgarische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Der Pool ist sauber und tagsüber bewacht, mit nicht einaml einer Zigarettenlänge zum Strand, wobei dieser sehr schmal ist. Allgemein zusammengefasst ist das Personal nett. Sicherlich wären wahrscheinlich in Deutschland die Sterne nicht ganz gerechtfertigt, aber ich würde höchstens einen halben abziehen.
