En trevlig upplevelse
Ett trevligt och rent hotell i centrala Karlstad, god frukost och hjälpsam personal. Stockholmsdusch på hotellrummet var en exotisk upplevelse :)

This hotel in not regommended
We had paid for a room for 2 people and we enter into a cabin size room where there is one single person bed and one roll-in foldable bed made for children. The bath room was the size of a small toilet and it could be made into a shower. The showerhead was leaking. The breakfast was lacking fruits, sandwich spreads and only had toast or prebaked rolls. we wanted to place our luggage on hotel at 1:30, but we were told in port telephone that the hotel was not manned prior to 4 pm, so we had to carry our luggage to the remote parking garage that we were forced to use.

The bed is small and the bathroom ridiculously tiny (you need to move the sink to get space to shower). Besides those issues, it's a decent place.

Basic but clean.
Only stayed at this hotel as all other hotels in Karlstad fully booked. Very central location. Basic, hostel type accommodation. Unusual showerooms! Simple breakfast, (frozen white bread for toast!). Bulbs missing in light sockets.

OK. Just OK. But there are much better places.
Stayed for 4 nights in this hotel above a shop. The experience was just OK. Not terrible but nothing to recommend either.

Hotel with challenges but with some compensations
This hotel has its challenges. The first was to find where it was as it just occupies a whole floor in an office building above a department store and does not have its own street entrance which it shares with other businesses and possibly with residents occupying the other floors in the building. The second is that there is no adjacent street parking as it is located in a pedestrianised area. The third is the staff at reception who are clearly foreign immigrants whose command of English is not too good. The fourth is the showering facilities which are very idiosyncratic. However, if you can overcome these challenges, you can enjoy a quite spacious room with a fridge and adequate storage and a good desk space even though it may not be furnished to the highest standards. The breakfast is very adequate. The hotel is well located in relation to the town centre and the railway station. This is , on the whole, a good hotel given the price you pay.

Den här vistelsen var riktigt dålig. Obemannat, gammalt och slitet och sängen var katastrof. Det tog 2 timmar innan kylskåpet var kallt, och badrummet var minimalt. Det var kallt i rummet och väldigt lyhhört.

Hotellet har bra beliggenhet med kort vei til parkering. Standard er så som så men i forhold til pris er det helt ok. Grei frokost og hyggelig betjening. Man får det en betaler for.

Bra hotell som ligger väldigt centralt. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Badrummet var litet och slitet men det fungerade. Sängarna var sköna men täckena och sängkläderna var väldigt varma. Toppen med kylskåp på rummet!

Det låg väldigt centralt vilket är ett plus. Det var relativt billigt men du fick knappt vad du betalade för, vilket att det med nöd och näppe var prisvärt. Det är ett hotell utan någon som helst service på helgen. Rummen har sett sina bästa dagar och det är låg standard på det mesta. Skulle inte säga att det känns smutsigt eller snuskigt men definitivt låg standard. Det har sett sina bästa dagar och skulle behöva renoveras/uppgraderas i det mesta. I informationen så utlovades bla strykjärn och strykbräda något som inte fanns att tillgå. Min rekommendation är att det är värt ett par 100 kronor extra för att bo på ett annat hotell än detta. Detta hotell fungerar främst i absoluta nödfall.
