Centralt och enkelt att ta sig dit. Otroligt bra service! Enda minus - kallt på rummen och frukosten hade stått framme lite för länge.

Nice modern hotel.
Nice modern hotel with nice, modern rooms and very good breakfast. Location a bit far from train station. I booked a room "without windows" for a very good price. Now, there were small, but still, windows in my room.

Long family weekend
Nice stay overall. Great location, good breakfast, comfortable rooms and nice spa tub. Unfortunate that it was only possible to book 30 min slots despite it being empty and on-site parking was already full on the day of arrival. Off site parking options are fine though

Easy parking
Easy access to hotel and easy + affordable parking just next to the hotel. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast - as it is at most Scandic hotels.

Scandic Winn Karlstad
Not a very comfortable bed and there was an ongoing sound from a light above the bed which was broken. The sound was disturbing and was just bearable during the night when everything else was quiet.

Hotel staff were brilliant! Didn't spend much time in the hotel as we were out and about but it was great and the breakfast was excellent

Room was not clean
All in all the hotel is nice. Good location and great breakfast. But; The room was not properly cleaned. We found crisps and other stuff on the floor. Considering we are in a pandemic this is not even remotely accepted. Also, we were almost alone in the hotel and got a 1 floor room facing the road. We did order what they called a big family room. Why they are handing out bad rooms in an empty hotel is very strange. But I do get a feeling that when you order through booking sites and not direct with the hotel they do hand out cheap rooms.

Nattpersonalen hade ett otrevligt bemötande. När vi kom ned till frukosten var det urplockat och tomt vad gäller bröd och pålägg. Den varma maten upplevdes vara slarvigt tillagad. Stökigt och dåligt avplockat på borden.

Återkommer gärna.
Mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Frukosten var helt ok. Läget bra. Dock hittade jag en hårtuss från föregående gäster i duschen vilket inte var jättefräscht. I stora hela ett jättebra hotell.
