After a long travel day, this hotel was a gem! Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and the hotel food was delicious. Best breakfast buffet of all the places we have stayed

Have stayed in this hotel several times. It is not in central Karlstad so own transport is required. There is free parking and easy access to the main road into Karlstad . Staff are friendly and rooms are clean and spacious . Restaurant serves a good selection for breakfast and evening meal

Not worth the price
Spent the night on our way to the Swedish mountains. Checking in and breakfast buffet was fine, the rest is just downhill. The a la carte menu food was awful. The hotel was unkept, old, and smelly. In the bathroom we had some questionable brown stains on the wall. All in all for this standard- way overpriced! Not staying here again.

Good place.
Even though I booked a badic room, but still it was great and quiet. Although I will book double room next time, nice helpful staff and great choices of breakfast. Revommended.

Trevligt hotell med fin frukost och bra gym. Enkelt och lite slitet rum men fräscht badrum. Tyst och funktionellt rum. Gott om parkeringsplatser.

Frukost o middag var bra. En avgörande detalj i vårt hotellval var tillgång till bastu efter en dag på kalla skridskoisar. Tyvärr var både torrbastun och ångbastun trasiga. Därav det lägre betyget.

Långsam incheckning med bara en personal bakom disken. Gammalt slitet rum där visserligen badrummet var nyrenoverat. Ofräsch frukostbuffé där mycket var slut.

Hotellet känns som 70-tal, d.v.s. gamla möbler unken lukt toaletten var sunkig. Frukosten bestod av flera olika delar, dock var tomater och gurkor gamla, brödet kändes som de hade tagit ut från frysen, konservfrukt och mikrovarma plättar.
