One thing we disliked was the exceptionally poor choice of in-room TV options. Absolutely nothing anyone would want to watch. However, we went down to the restaurant/bar to watch the NCAA basketball championship and it was closed! But the night manager opened it up just for us and provided food and drink service. It was very special to lay sprawled out on the sofa withthe entire place to ourselvs.

Loved the proximity to Stanley Park, the free bicycles (2 hours, non-electric), waterfront access, cleanliness, and staff. Did not like that they had booked a teen and pre-teen dance competition. Nothing against 10-14 year olds, but dealing with hundreds of loud and invasive pre-teen era taking over the pool and virtually all seating areas, eating boxes of pizza in the lobby was TOO much.

Everything was amazing for this hotel, the location, the views, the staff. I stayed in a harbour view room. The view was beautiful, the room was clean. The only thing bothered me a little bit was the bed, it was too soft for me. I definitely will stay in this hotel next time.
