just letting you know that the \tv remote in my room did not work...also the gym equipment needed to be maintained as the treadmill wasn't working a neither was the bike ...i went outside the hotel to have a workout an i am sure someone will complain ...about the features but letting you know not complaining just reporting the issues so that they can be fixed for the next time i do visit ...i loved the staff an the food was good an enjoyed my stay other wise ...

“Nice Hotel”

The room was clean and the staff were very nice. The best feature for our family was the pool and water slide. Our room was a bit cool since we could not figure out the thermostat but we were not there much so it was ok. Also the breakfast was well done. Thank you.

We had wonderfull experience with this hotel stay, We seen pay and park everywhere in B.C. but here at Super 8 Langley they have free parking, Internet, Complimentry breakfast, swimingpool and lots of more services with clean rooms, I will strongly recommend this hotel for stay and it has 3.5 start ratings

“Nice Amenities”

Staff were all pleasant, badminton and volley ball and gas grill were nice touches. the pool is better than the pictures would indicate. Some very minor rough edges , hole in the wall in the stairwell(construction?). Great location for the zoo or wine tours or equestrian center. Not many restaurants near by. Quiet and restful. Good value. I spoke with two other families who came here for a "Staycation" their children seemed to like it.

“PERFECT family hotel...bunkbeds, swimming pool, 3 minutes to the Zoo!!!”

We were very happy with the super 8 on Gloucester Way. Our purpose of travel was to go to the vancouver zoo with our 2 year old boy. We had booked a standard room with 2 queens. On arrival, I had hoped to upgrade to a room with bunkbeds because the room was separated by a wall. I thought this would be easier for getting my 2 year old to sleep at night (rather than sharing total space with just 2 queen beds and the tv). We were able to upgrade with no problem. We had a great stay. A wonderful continental breakfast area (tables, chairs, flat screen tvs) is provided daily. The Zoo is only 3 minutes away from hotel and there is also a convenience store, some fast food stores and driving to aldergrove is only 10 minutes or less if you want to go into town for restaurant or drug store etc. Over all, great time!!!

“The Best Service Ever”

I am very impressed with the service we received upon arrival. We were given our room key and when going up to the room, I realized that 3 adults could not fit in one bed. I went down to the lobby and they quickly gave us a free upgrade. The rooms were in great shape and very clean. I will stay here again in the near future!

“Great overnight overnight on our trip!”

I chose this hotel based on reviews and they were correct. We stopped on route to Victoria. We stopped early enough in the evening to enjoy the pool and waterslide. There isn't much for restaurants close to the hotel. We drove south a few miles to Aldergrove and found more choices there.We were happy to have breakfast in the moring before leaving for the ferry.

“Great - but isolated”

I got this with Expedia's "Unpublished rates" - I selected "Langley". What I got was Langley Township (like a county in the US). It was 15 km to Langley City (and my mother's house). In fact, my phone's gps thought I was in Abbotsford. I was actually in the town of Aldergrove (in Langley TOWNSHIP!). So, when using this 'cool' feature be aware that your hotel may be in the next town! Other than that the hotel was clean, very quiet ('way off season!) but not too near anything! Very clean, good service, great breakfast!
