"The staff was nice, the place is falling apart. Some rooms are being re-done, the whole place smelled of paint, rust on all the metal door frames for the bathrooms, and wall paper peeling off the walls. I understand renovations, but this was ridiculous. Pool and spa are out of order, even the TV wouldn't work. They offered to switch us to another room, but this was already our 2nd room, the first one the door lock malfunctioned and we couldnt get in. The beds are squeaky and lumpy, and the pillows ancient. Even the washcloths were branded from Walmart.
