“started off bad .....but the hotel clerk accomodated to satisfy.”

I booked a king size bed, no smoking, no pet room through internet. We were placed on a floor that was filled with cigarette smoke. It was intolerable. The room was supposedly non smoking although there was no symbol on the door to indicate such. We could smell stale smoke in the room. Upon complaint, the clerk was accomodating, quickly changing our room to another floor. From there it was completely satisfactory. Clean and fresh. Comes with the standard bedspread. Triple sheeting is the only way to go!
