Hotel Le Soleil has 120 suites with separate sitting and sleeping areas, sofa beds, and two 42-inch LCD televisions. Crimson-and-gold decor accents satin-covered Louis-XV-style furnishings, and classic European art embellishes yellow-and-gold striped walls.

“Pefect in every way”

This is a charming boutique hotel perfectly located in downtown Vancouver. The decor is VERY Loius 14th but little touches like a bowl of apples and a basket of bottles of water at Reception are most welcome. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble for them.

“Excellent hotel in Vancouver”

I recommend this hotel to visitors to Vancouver. It is well situated to see the main sights on foot and is very close to Canada Place with easy access to public transport. The rooms in the suite are fairly small, but there is a separate sitting area and bedroom to compensate for this. The reception staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the city. This boutique hotel makes a pleasant change from the large chain conference/business hotels.

“Just a little bit disappointed”

Things I thought were great ... location, room service staff, room products, bed! Areas of disappointment ... the gym is next door, the room had everything but was consequently a bit cluttered, no bath (but a great shower), reception staff a little "tired" when I arrived late. Staff helped when asked but didnt offer. The bar was in the restaurant so as a single traveller I didnt feel comfortable just going to sit at bar in my jeans. There was no price list in the room for the mini bar. Would I go again? Yes, probably, for the location.
